Quick service with knowledgeable bystanders. Fun environment. Great prices!! Joined the club and get a free bag of goodies once a month.

Everyone that works at the Grover Beach location is so knowledgeable and always trying to get you the best deal for whatever you're using the bud for!! Personally I use it for headaches from my brain surgeries (30 of them). Pain medications make me very I'll, so as soon as I was off the IV meds I immediately switched over to bud!! So needless to say I have a very high tolerance to bud. The guys at Urban Leaf always have just what I need!!! read more

Had a great experience, the tender (Adam, i believe) was very helpful and knowledgeable! The store is so nicely planned out, everything is available to the eye! Will definitely become a regular customer (: read more

Homeboy who took my order was the best, patient and i definitely was indecisive, they don't put budtenders name on the receipt but the guy with green eyes, I didn't really know what I wanted, but I was given a lot of options. A lot of patience, and I didn't feel rushed, which is the one thing you don't want to do when spending your money. "What's up? How are doing good here huh? hell yeah! " I hope the cannabis industry never loses this side of themselves, it's what makes it Great, I appreciate you guys plus the store was very organized. read more

Ok so i have been to a million of these. From secret store fronts in Hollywood, ca back in 2006 to Visalia, ca in 2011. A literal metric shit-ton of seshes in the central valley, and SF and Oaksterdam and on and on. I can say that this place has smoke that snoop would write songs about. I haven't seen anything less than top shelf at this store. You can get some obnoxiously high end exotic flower here if you wanna pay, too! "Your friends will be passing out on your couches for weeks" kinda smoke. I Recommend this business. read more

I've been to Urban Leaf on three occasions and had different people help me. Everyone is so helpful and super friendly. The store is organized and comfortable. I highly recommend this place if you have not tried it. Their merchandise is fresh and prices are competitive. read more

This place now has one less customer--I've taken all my business around the corner to NHC. Urban Leaf has a nice staff. Friendly. BUT. Three visits in row and they're out of supply. Then I went in last weekend. Their debit machine is down. Fine, I'll use the ATM, pay the excessive fee and get cash. Wrong. BOTH ATM's were out of cash. Any business must be organized. Keep your supply well stocked. Make sure you ATM's are also well stocked. These guys are apparently using too much of their product because they clearly aren't thinking straight. Bye-Bye. read more

Oh my gosh, today my boyfriend and I had the pleasure of being helped by budtender Emma, and she was so sweet and pleasant! We had a lovely conversation while she suggested products, and we left very happy, and holding a bag of goodies we definitely did not intend to buy, but Emma was just such a delight that we were happy to buy a bit more than we needed. We're excited to see her again next time we need some spirit boosters! read more

They have good deals and their selection is of a wide variety, but I was a bit turned off from going there in the future, given my last experience with assistance from an associate that was a bit rude, and borderline mansplaining of things I already knew and did not ask about. read more

Very Nice people I purchased a cartridge that i was really disappointed in that one of the staff had recommended to me. I Went home opened it and noticed that the wax was moving way too fast then what it typically should. I don't think it's normal for the wax to settle down less than a minute after turning it upside down. I found it really strange. I've never seen a cartridge like that before. Me personally i'm staying away from CLSICS cartridge. read more

Sucks to leave a bad review on here, I used to love this place.... it's been ruined. New employees are incredibly rude and prices have gone up significantly on everything. Hope it gets figured out, but as of now, if your looking for a dispo in the area, NHC is a few miles down the road. Better staff, better selection and significantly better prices, and honestly price tags that dont go up 15 bucks from "taxes" at the register. Go to NHC! Much better place to shop n read more

Great selection, and super helpful staff. Building is well taken care of and visually appealing.

Urbn Leaf started in San Diego, my home, so when I found them up here I was ecstatic. Their systems are connected so all my loyalty points are available here. Military Discount is honored here. I love the stand alone building design, well laid out and you don't feel like you are walking into some sketchy building or strip mall. Great decor and atmosphere. The tenders are very knowledgeable about everything they sell there and are very friendly. It's great that the products they sell are fully labeled with all the information you really want to know. For me there is no other dispensary I'd rather go to in the area. read more
