We are absolutely over the moon with how our kitchen turned out. Reza and his team were professional, respectful, trustworthy, and incredibly communicative throughout the entire process. We felt completely comfortable having them in our home, which meant so much to us. This was a big job, with approximately 50 doors and drawers that needed to be hand-painted, along with the cabinet refinishing. The entire process was seamless and was completed in about 5 days, with an incredible attention to detail. We also have a senior, homebound family member living with us, and the team was exceptionally considerate of her needs. They took extra care to keep the house as well-ventilated as possible and minimize any exposure to fumes. Their thoughtfulness and respect went above and beyond what we expected. The pricing was very comparable to the other quotes we received, but the quality of the workmanship, professionalism, communication, and care truly set Reza Custom Cabinets apart. We highly recommend Reza Custom Cabinets! If you're considering having your cabinets painted or refinished, don't hesitate to call them. We are thrilled with the results and so happy we chose Reza and his team!

Susan helped us with design and walked us through everything. We did practically every room in the home and the one room we didn't do we asked them to come back to add built-ins because it looked so good. The process was not perfect and there were some hiccups along the way, but they dealt with it the right way and made us happy. That's when it really matters at the end of the day, because it's never going to be perfect. Having production so close by also helps so that when you have to audible and make changes, they can actually happen in real time and your project does not get majorly delayed. We would use them again (and we already have).

I will absolutely use him again in future projects involving cabinetry and even handy work but next time ask for his help from the beginning and include him every step of the way. He was also super flexible, when my delivery was delayed a day he pivoted and then when they showed up 2 hours later he couldn't have been more patient and gracious. I would give him more than 5 stars if I could! Also want to mention I quoted 5 companies for this job and he was competitive and fair in price. Tailored Closet did a great job for me and I am very pleased with the entire experience with them…read more I needed 4 bedroom closets taken apart and rebuilt plus one pantry storage unit built for a wall. Being a big project, I interviewed and got estimates from 7 businesses. I chose Tailored Closet because their personnel and their design impressed me. They were not the cheapest but I got the feeling that they were the most caring, concerned about my, the customer, need, honest, upfront and willing to compromise with me. They did not give me a high price and then mention all the ways I could earn discounts like others did. They quoted one price and stuck to it. Heather, the designer, came up with great solutions for certain tricky aspects like an attic access right above one closet. This designer, the office manager and the team of workers, who actually installed everything in two days, were awesome. These install techs worked so quietly and efficiently that I could not tell there are three workers in the house. They cleaned up all the mess, hauled away whatever junk was created, vacuumed and cleaned everything. And I could put my stuiff in the shelves and drawers next day. All in all, it was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend Tailored Closet for your project.
