Whoever owns this company should be completely embarassed by his customer service team as well as…read moreservice technicians. If you can even call them that. The team showed up at my condo this a.m. only five minutes before their two hour window closed. I had a pin prick size nick in my windshield. Over an hour later, the person who was sent ot fix my tiny glass crack, I revceive a call, however he speaks no English. All I can understand him say is tomorrow. I go downstairs and confront him about why tomorrow after an hour here? And then I look at my glass and the pin prick size nick in the glass has spread and is now a semi-circle with multiple layers of riples. I call the company and they interrupt me and all they can say is: "you have to replace your glass. It is not our responsibility if things go wrong." Chris who answers the phois nice enough on the front end when scheduling, but he takes absolutely no accountability. And the other Mexican man working there (name unknown) was down right rude, dismissive, laughed while talking to me and was talking to other people in the background while on the phonewith me. Longe story short, Charlie's Auto Glass showed up to fix a pin prick size nick in my window and left me with a huge shattered crack for which I now am going to have to replace an entire windshield. THere is a reason why your dealerships and other providers DO NOT refer Charlie's. They may schedule you quickly, but beware!!!!! The technician spoke absolutely ZERO English. He called his shop after I came down. Without saying a word or even trying to put me on the phone with an English peaking representatie, he got into the company van, windows up and drove away. That was it. This company came, they created problems, they left, and they take no responsibility. If I were in a third world country I would expect this kind of "don't care...not my problm " attitude. But we are in the United States of America. They wasted my TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Was told I needed to…read morecall customer services, I have contacted customer service, the 1800 number, staff informed me my case number had no information notated after being on the phone 45 minutes, manager Rochelle hung up on me. district manager rubin( who refused to contact me himself after being promised to be contacted, told another staff member a replacement would not be issued. It's comical that a business would reply and comment that I have a lifetime warranty but continuously tell me they won't help me fix a problem with their service. Don't reply and lie. This is a safety issue when driving, you should be ashamed. Others deserved to be warned. Investigation? What investigation, your staff blaming the customer and or glass manufacturer? Which you did both, even though photos are taken day of service. Good thing you changed your reply, So much for backing your "warranty", lifetime right?

Apparently, the person who called did not mark the appointment as confirmed, and when I arrived they told me they did not have the glass and that there was nothing they could do. There were three people at the front desk--two women and one man--and all three of them had a terrible attitude. When I asked how I could file a complaint, because anyone can make a mistake but you should take responsibility for it instead of treating the customer badly, they were still rude. This is a job that costs more than $1,000 and we were paying cash because I did not make an insurance claim. There are thousands of shops offering the same service. I left and will get my repair done with another company. It is very sad that the attitude of the front desk staff can ruin the good work of the mechanics and the reputation of the company. Because of their bad attitude and their refusal to take responsibility for their mistake, they lost a customer and a recommendation. The dealership actually sent me to this shop because my car is a lease. I called the dealer to ask where I should get it repaired, and they recommended this place. Now I have called the dealer again to tell them not to recommend this shop anymore, because not only did they waste my time, they also treated me badly and blamed me for their mistake.
