There were three people at the front desk--two women and one man--and all three of them had a terrible attitude. When I asked how I could file a complaint, because anyone can make a mistake but you should take responsibility for it instead of treating the customer badly, they were still rude. This is a job that costs more than $1,000 and we were paying cash because I did not make an insurance claim. There are thousands of shops offering the same service. I left and will get my repair done with another company. It is very sad that the attitude of the front desk staff can ruin the good work of the mechanics and the reputation of the company. Because of their bad attitude and their refusal to take responsibility for their mistake, they lost a customer and a recommendation. The dealership actually sent me to this shop because my car is a lease. I called the dealer to ask where I should get it repaired, and they recommended this place. Now I have called the dealer again to tell them not to recommend this shop anymore, because not only did they waste my time, they also treated me badly and blamed me for their mistake.

After the replacement was completed, they left glass, not only on the inside of my trunk door, but also in the inside of my trunk deck, where is not reachable once the glass is put in. Also, my rear-view camera was damaged. When I called next day and asked them to come and correct the job, they set an appointment and did not come. Same thing next day. And then, on the third appointment set to fix the mistake, that was due to their technicians mistake, they called and said they will not be coming to fix it because they do not possess the equipment capable to do the job. They Offered no refund or discount. I was hung up on repeatedly, appoints that were made were no shows 3 days in a row. The level of professionalism was horrid and offensive. I was promised a call from a supervisor multiple times and never received one. All in all, I spent more money correcting their mistakes, than it cost me to repair the glass itself. I asked multiple times for the company to come take their glass back in return for my money, which they refused and offered me a $20 check in exchange, after I paid almost $500 for the repair. All in all, it was the most offensive and disappointing job I've ever been a part of. Highly recommend staying clear of this company!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE with Palm Beach Auto Glass. I needed a front windshield replacement. Owner came…read moreto the house and spent 2 hours cutting out the old windshield, only to discover that the replacement windshield had severe scratches. He could not get a replacement until the following day, and so I had no car overnight (since the car had no windshield - thank god I have a garage). The second day, he came and installed the replacement windshield. After it set, I drove the car and discovered that the replacement windshield had a severe visual distortion on the bottom portion. Basically, the visual field appears to severely curve on the bottom of the field of view. It makes it distracting and unsafe to drive. The owner came out to inspect it, agreed that the visual field was distorted, but claimed the distortion was "normal." I asked him to source an alternate windshield that did not have the distortion, but he claims that all non-OEM glass will have this, and that apparently (as a layperson?) I somehow should have known this would be an issue. I tried to resolve the issue amicably, but the owner tried to charge me for a second windshield and then when I refused, told me he can "no longer service" me. I will now have to pay a second glass company to replace his defective windshield.
