I had hoped that having a twelve year old, and myself, monitoring the younger children and immediately stopping them from throwing the balls out of the play boxes, as well as picking up the couple that actually got out, would have been most adequate. Unfortunately, what they offer is not even close to being worth having 2 1/2 year old children screamed at while an idiot shakes a finger three inches from their nose. Seriously! My 2 year old child was TRAUMATIZED! She not immediately backed off after being addressed by me (my 12 year old daughter was also shocked and speakless) after I ran to stop the abuse. I am not able in good consicious to return while that abuser works there! I have video (several) and pictures that clearly show that one of my 12 year old twins were constantly monitoring each of my 2 1/2 year olds and that I was almost constantly going back and forth monitoring as well, with an occasional break to sit by my wife. We do not understand what that womans issue was, since the children did nothing significant. They simply got into the boxes with the featherweight balls and threw one or two each, on two occasions, while the 12 year old monitor immediately secured tiny hands and I picked up the balls that got away. We first met with Emma and Debbie to schedule the reception. I was feeling somewhat overwhelmed by the task at hand, however, they were both pleasant, professional and very helpful in making suggestions for food and organizing how things should flow in the set up and program. Once we settled on things, it only made sense to have them cater brunch the following day. On the day of the main event, I was there while they were setting up and they seemed to be operating like fine machinery. They were quietly setting up, everyone seemed to know their role and things got done very quickly. The food was absolutely wonderful! Everyone enjoyed the buffet style meals, the dessert station and they also provided staffing for the bar, and she was also awesome! Then, they came out of nowhere to clean-up. They quietly did their thing and you barely noticed their presence while they got things done. The following day, they delivered brunch, along with all of the wrapped up left-overs from the reception. We did not have to worry about packing anything up and getting it to our house, they just brought it all out with brunch and it worked out perfectly for us. Okay, but can we just talk about that hash-brown casserole for a minute? OMG! So good!!!!!!!! Everything was so good. First off I waited over a month too post this review because I didn't want to do it out of anger…read more So I guess ill start by saying that I was told that by Michelle she would be at the reception location 1 hr early 3:00 to set up for the reception that started by 4:00. Our wedding did end early but we stalled getting there, we left the church at 3:45. She was pulling in as the same time we were. So even if it ended at 4 she still wouldn't be ready for us on time. Her excuse was that she had to stop by Academy Sports to pick up a heated jacket for her son that was with her because she was going to the lake after my wedding. Luckily one of my friends that DJ's just happened to have enough equipment to do our entry while she sat up her equipment. But this wasn't the worst part. Se wasn't engaging, you couldn't hear her while making announcements. At one point I had to yell out what we were fixing to do. We had several complaints from our guests about the service. And after she had gotten there late and only 1.5 hrs of her service out the 3 hrs. she was booked everyone started leaving. its been a month and people are still talking about how bad it was and how disappointed everyone was that the DJ wasn't better so people could have stayed the whole time and danced! I would NOT recommend booking fox dj service.

Darren was fantastic. I won't hesitate to recommend him to anyone for the superb job he did at our…read morewedding on 7/10/2016. We found him on Thumbtack, and he was extremely responsive. He drove all the way up to Redondo Beach to meet up with us, and we knew we had the right guy. For weddings especially, Darren was super prepared and organized. He had a whole wedding planning DJ book that he gave us to fill in during the months leading up to the big day, complete with plenty of suggestions, examples, guidelines, and recommendations. Darren is very responsive and never did we feel unconfident with his ability during the months leading up. In fact, when we don't respond on our end, he'll follow up each time, which leads me to believe that he'll go the extra mile whenever the opportunity presents itself. A few weeks before the wedding, he met up with us again, this time at the venue in Temecula. We went over details and he was very thorough. We pretty much talked about every possible scenario. He couldn't make our wedding rehearsal, but it wasn't an issue as he has a lot of experience and has done multiple weddings at that venue before in the past. On the day of, he showed up early and set up all his audio equipment as well as the upright lighting in the venue. He came with his wife who acted as a helper, and she was very good as well. Darren had all the music mapped out and planned out ahead of time, with the exact versions/renditions of the songs that we had requested. In addition, he was able to accommodate our senseless last minute changes without an issue or a hiccup. He led the Cupid Shuffle and got almost all the guests on the dance floor, and I can't wait to see that on video later. Many of our guests stayed to dance the night away and shut down the dance floor with us when the venue finally closed, so that should be indicative of how fun the night was. Looking back, I'm very glad we hired Darren as he made the day totally awesome for us.
