I hired Pour Boys for my wedding, and it was fabulous. My husband is a beer enthusiast, and I love liquor. We ended up having two separate bars to accommodate the amount of people, one for beer and wine and one for liquor. With this set up, there were minimal lines, and the wedding party, my husband and I, and both our parents did not wait at all. Our menus were 100% customized for the beer and liquor. As for wine, we had ordered all different types and brands instead of just one red and white. Pour boys set up a wine tasting area where people could taste all the different types instead of being restricted by minimal choices. It was such a simple solution to what could have been chaos, and all the guests loved such a unique feature for the reception to have. The staff was attentive, energetic, and professional, and definitely went above and beyond. At one point during the event, we were low on ice. Taylor came up to me personally, (I had requested to know of any situation instead of putting someone else in charge) and asked if I wanted them to continue until it was gone, or she would personally drive to pick up more. I love that they kept track of how much they had so there was nothing unexpected, and I was given the option of how to approach it. My sister is getting married this year, as well as two of my other friends and I have recommended Pour Boys to them as well! After the party, I picked up a card and was planning on using them for our wedding. I reached out to Taylor, the owner, who was very responsive and professional. I was very impressed with her knowledge and help in planning our wedding. Unfortunately, we ended up choosing a different cater than we initially planned and bar service was provided, so we did not use Pour Boys for our wedding. I am thoroughly disappointed in Pour Boys. I honestly didn't even get to have them help me with a party. They were unresponsive via email and phone. I emailed 4 times and called 6 times. In 3 of my emails, I stated that I had a full staff for a holiday cocktail party, but was in need of 1 more bartender to feel comfortable with the guests being taken care of during the party. Taylor at Pour Boys finally called me back after 6 days and told me that she wouldn't be able to provide me w a bartender bc they believe one bartender was not enough for my party! Even after my telling her that I had a staff of 5 already confirmed. I will never be contacting this service again. read more
