Their prices are pretty fair in my opinion, they deliver your food quickly, keep you updated the whole time on where your food is at, and even offer a convenient app. What more could you ask for? The other big business companies only offer delivery services if you live in so many miles of the business (so you basically have to live right in town). Plus, because there are so many of them that came all at once, there's no telling when you'll actually get your food. They don't pay people to sit around and wait for orders, they only pay them when they get an order. So if you're like me and are looking for just some extra money, you aren't going to waste gas sitting in a parking lot in the middle of town waiting for an order you May or may not get just for an extra $20. So my point is, even if you are able to order from these companies, there's no guarantee there will be a driver available to deliver your food to you. They are good at what they do and keep to their word, simple as that.

I have used them 3 times and they have been 20 minutes to an hour late and being that I order for scheduled business meetings I need the food delivered at the time I select. You can see through their website the progress of your food so they can't say it's a problem with the restaurant. I called their customer services number and was told 15 minutes before my delivery time that the driver was just finishing a delivery and would place the order when she was done. I called the restaurant and they informed me that they mostly don't even know when We Deliver is placing the order and picking it up because the driver doesn't say who they are with and have no identifying logos. In my case, it seems that the driver showed up, placed the order when they arrive and then waited for it to be ready. They didn't even get to the restaurant and place the order until 11:50am, which deliver time was 11:45am. Driver seemed unfazed when confronted about being notoriously late, guess that shows you the standards of the company if the driver is not concerned with consequences. This will be the last time I use them!
