They had a special going which was $19 per person unlimited bowling and shoes included which is a great deal compared to if you visit on a weekend. Staff was friendly but the service was a bit slow. It would take over 30min just to receive one drink but they were always super nice about everything. They jad a DJ playing some great tunes and the whole vibe was amazing on a Wednesday evening. Always a fun time bowling. We came out to celebrate my nephew's birthday and he had a blast. They had unlimited bowling time and shoes were included. They had a DJ and he was amazing. When we first arrived, it was empty. But around 8 pm, it was a crowd on literally every bowling lane. The service was a bit slow in regards to ordering drinks. I had to keep asking about a glass of wine for like 20 minutes. The good music made up for our drink delays. Our family also enjoyed the photo booth that they have available. Spacious bowling alley they have a front bowling area and a back area. The prices are a little steep. One game is $35 for two people including shoes but they have a special if you play three games you get the third game for five dollars, I don't know how long this offer will last. They have an arcade in the front and a food court with a bar in the center. The shoes are Velcro, which makes it easy to put on. The music is basic. I think they get really stepping up by having like a hip-hop night different nights for their clientele. They have a large parking area. Great spot for all ages. Hope you enjoy! read more

This place is fun central! I went to watch a bowling league play and I walked in very surprised. It's such a fun place! Please forgive me for not having any pics LOL. I wasn't expecting what I saw when I walked in and I wasn't prepared lol. This place has an arcade area, soooooo many bowling lanes, 2 sided bar and even a private bowling area for special events with huge TVs or projectors. It's decorated in such a fun way, it's really a cool looking bowling spot, much nicer than all the alleys I went to as a kid. I highly recommend this place for groups or even a fun date night. I didn't experience the bowling, I was just there to support a friend. But I did order a Makers Mark and some sweet chili wings. Also, no pic of the wings, my bad! Went here this weekend for a friend time- Saturday had a special for all you can bowl. The set price was confusing as it listed online for $22 or $24 (I think) but then our total was $54. We (two couples) paid separately. The attendant said he only charged us for three shoes. But our total was the same. I think they were super flustered as they were behind on shoes and super busy. After the initial stress of paying, we got a lane and all went smoothly. This place is huge and no matter how many people were there, we all seemed to fit! The lane felt spacious and was great for a group of four. The drinks were varied in price and flavor- from mixed drinks to beers. There is also a lot of bar food on the menu. The others in our party ordered and seemed to enjoy it. The service of those attendees was excellent. Weird decor but good music and energy. Omg. If I'm ever invited back to this low performing, bad business, disgraceful [redacted] place, I'm unfriending everyone. My expectations were low based on the poor reviews, but I thought just maybe *MAYBE*, it wouldn't be so bad- oh no honey, it was worse. I sat down and started to look at the menu. It was Monday, unlimited games, $3 margs and beer, $4 appetizers- I think this was great. I mosey to the bar. One bartender. The other is EATING BEHIND THE BAR. Chicken wings at that. I ask for a margarita. My mistake. I should have specifically asked for the $3 one. He makes it after 15 minutes. I'm charged $8. Again, maybe I didn't clarify that I wanted the cheap cheap drink with bottom shelf. I let it slide. My friends get there and we get our shoes and lane. My friends also see the same menu that I've seen and they want the $3 marg as well. The bartender is stunned and confused. He says they don't have $3 margs, well sir, the menu says that y'all do. He gets the manager, they honor it, whatever. The process to get everyone drinks takes another 30 minutes. It was a mess. I'm hungry. I order food and lo and behold, there's only one "cook" (it's microwaved food, but still). My food takes 30 minutes. My friend orders mozz sticks and these take 30 minutes. Get my drift? This place is slow. The manager delivers the food to another lane unbeknownst to us. She lets them know the mistake and do you know that the manager proceeds to charge the lane that accidentally ate the free food? And did not refund my friend? I cannot even begin to comprehend these bad business practices. SAVE YOUR MONEY. The memories we made this night will last. read more

Wow, where to start with this place. The week prior my girlfriend and I had made a reservation for the night of 8/6, a Friday, for between 8-10PM. We get there and the place is fairly empty. We get to the check-in counter and quickly get our lane assignment. Lane 11. Grab our shoes and walk to lane 11. As I'm putting in our names to start the game, I realize we were never given our food vouchers. Included in our reservation are two, $15 food vouchers. Total of $30. So, I have to get up and ask for that. I get told that "a manager will have to get those" and it will be brought to our lane. Fine. I go back to the lane. My girlfriend points out to me that our lane isn't on...so I get back up to go wait at the check-in desk to tell them this. I get told "yeah, lane 11 has been having issues I'll move you to lane 10". Ok...why would you give us a lane YOU KNOW is bad especially when we checked in at a time where 75% of the lanes are open. What's even worse is that they give us lane 10 instead of 12. 12 is right next to lane 11 and would have prevented us from moving all our things. I guess that would have been too convenient! We move to lane 10. A few minutes later our food voucher arrived. Except, it is only 1 food voucher. So, I again have to get up, wait, and have this corrected. I eventually get my second voucher. You see how much time is being wasted so far? I decide to go get us food. I go for the alley sampler. The alley sampler is $28. Plus tax it's like $30.82. So I had to throw in a $1 to cover the cents. We get this 15 minutes later. The wings are AWFUL. They tasted like leftover wings. The rest of the food is mediocre at best. After I had ordered food (less than 5 minutes after) I went back to order drinks. A watermelon splash and a vanilla milkshake. 25 minutes after I ordered (I knew how long it was because my Apple Wallet shoes when any transaction takes place), I decide to get up and see where the hell the drinks are. They are just sitting on the counter...so I just grab them and go. For having a reservation for 2 hours, I spent a chunk of time trying to get things fixed and waiting on things. We left at 9:15 because my girlfriend and I were so fed up with this place. We played 4 games. Final thing I'll mention is around 8:50 this family comes to play...AT LANE 11. And they sat around for 15 minutes at this broken lane waiting to be moved. They didn't look happy. A terribly run place. This was my second time here and I sure as hell won't ever be back. So many things went wrong here last night I don't even know where to begin. It started when I went to order a beer tower for myself and two others. The bartender said it has to be a minimum of 4 people but yet the menu directly underneath where it says beer tower states a minimum of 3 people. I questioned it of course, bartender said the menu is wrong. Fine. We have a 4th person that doesn't care much for it but joined in anyways. They have these insane rules where you can't order any other drink, not even shots, until the tower is empty and returned. Fine. We drink the tower. I proceed to order two Long Islands. The bartender was kind of busy but he finally got my attention, rang them in and I said I'd be back for them. I go bowl, wait a whole rotation of bowling and go back for the drinks. Still not done. Not even started but yet he's serving people drinks who came up to the bar well after I did. I am already up to here with the service and how far they're willing to go with customer satisfaction which is absolutely nowhere. I go to the front desk where there are three associates doing absolutely nothing while two of them are TOSSING CHICKEN WINGS BACK AND FORTH TO EACH OTHER but I expect nothing less from a bowling alley ran by what I'll assume to be teenagers. I ask if any of them can please go help their bartender because he's drowning in customers and can't get the drinks I ordered 15 minutes ago. His reply is "He's not even that busy" but clearly he is or he's just flat out ignoring me. Best part? This guy at the front receiving the flying chicken wings turns out to be the manager. Of course. He makes me two long islands out of pre-made juice. I take them. My boyfriend and I finish them. I go back and ask for one more but made from scratch. I get it. Finish it. It's now 10:30 and I ask for a beer and THEY CUT ME OFF. Said we had three long islands after a tower of beer and we're cut off. One tower split between four people, 3 long islands split between two people in 2.5 hours and a cut off. Sounds like this wasn't about the consumption but more so neither the bartender or manager liked my attitude. I get it. But I've been frustrated since your menu told me one thing and you're saying another. Or when I watched the bartender serve every guest but me but still had the nerve to charge me and ring up drinks that weren't made. Or when they tried to rip me off with a pre-made bottle of whatever substance and some sour mix. Or when the manager looked so annoyed that he had to help his staff. It's safe to say I am not well liked there but no worries. If you take anything away from this, don't order Long Islands, have your friends take turns to order the rounds cause if the bartender don't like one, he don't like none. There was 4 of us and when I complained I was told well you played 4 half games so that equals 2 games per person. Wtf can people not do math. This place was pretty fun. Went here for Monday night bowling specials. The bar had a nice list of specials on their drinks, the food and drinks were both really good. From checking in, to checking out the service was great, staff was friendly. The negatives: They unfortunately had some sort of plumbing incident in one of the men's bathrooms. (understandable as accidents happen) Because of this they had to shut the water off. What they didn't do was close the women's bathroom.. so when I went to the bathroom, unaware that the water was off, I couldn't flush or wash my hands! major thumbs down here. The women's bathroom should have been closed, and the door was literally wide open. They also seemed to have possibly been understaffed. Any time we or our lane neighbors had issues, even after pressing the call button, we had to go find help. I also mentioned how the bar had a great list of specials. Well the food menu did not. Bowlero advertises Monday night bowling specials on their lanes, arcade, food and drinks. The food specials were just very disappointing in the lack of options. The food was delicious and even though we went on league night and there was a wait, there was plenty to entertain us as we waited. Worst managed bowling alley I have ever seen. The customer service is terrible. You have to walk around to find someone when you need anything, need to check out?! You have to find someone. Lane issues?! You have to search for someone. Want something at the bar?! You have to search for someone. The overall experience is terrible not to mention the over priced arcade, $10 tator tots, all the lane damage and black belt marks all over your ball. Plan on a resurface if your going to bowl more than a few games. When you walk in the door you think this is going to be an awesome experience but your soon to be disappointed. read more
