Mechanic was super friendly. We checked out the deal online. 15.99 shoes included for unlimited bowling 11-3 we got there at 11 when they opened. The woman who checked us in asked if we had summer passes - we did not - then informed us of 15.99 for two hours of bowling. This was a surprise. There was no mention of a time limit outside of the 11-3pm timeframe. We were told we could not bring in our water bottles. (Good to see that Bowlero doesn't care about the environment) We asked for water at the concession. Free but no lids for the cups. (That clearly is the smartest move for a 3 year old when if that is spilled it threatens the safety of all bowlers because wet bowling shoes don't slide) because that wasn't a concern of the facility we did asked for a pitcher of ice water and were told 'no i can give you all the water you can carry' which may have been an attempt to be funny but it wasn't. What gets me is this company it's not only one of the reasons that the bowling industry is a whole is failing due to their aggressive 'no leagues in our house attitude' from a few years ago. But they are literally out pricing families. Without this 'deal' One game of bowling nine dollars per person, not including shoe rental. A family of three? Over $40 with shoes for two. Absolutely atrocious. I have so many amazing memories from youth bowling, and this house when it was Bowl America. Im sad to say my kiddo wont have the same memories here. We have been here before and it was a decent experience. However, most recent time we came we were told the games were $6.99 per person and then when I came time to pay they charged $8.99 per person. Not to mention we had to keep contacting them during the game because the frames kept freezing so we had to be moved to other lanes. read more

Came here on a Saturday trying to squeeze a bit more fun into summer before back to school. When we arrived it wasn't super busy. I hadn't been here since they redid the bowling alley, so I was pleasantly surprised by the updates (literally everything looked updated). We were greeted by a staff member who explained that they had a deal going on $5.99 per game, $5.99 shoe rentals, and if you played three or more games you received a $5 arcade gift card per person. You don't have ot decide how many games you're playing right when you check-in, you can continue to play as many as you'd like. We opted to play three games. The area was clean. There were a ton of bowling balls one could choose from. The alleys worked well, and when someone did have a problem/issue, an attendant came quickly. When we were done with our games we were awarded a $15 arcade gift card ($5 per person). When we got to the arcade it was small. Many of the games were not working, so it was a disappointment. I was excited and elated knowing Bowlero has opened. It means I get a chance again to take out and play with my balls again. And ya hmmm, funny how when the word "bowling" gets left out of a sentence, people's thoughts goes immediately to the "gutter" LOL. Moving on...Bowlero has occupied the same building of the former "Bowl America", which I have went to bowl many, many times years back. Renovations transpired a facelift on the outside and inside of this building. And from what I understand, more renovations inside are still up the plate, such as... - Addition of an Arcade Station - Addition of Video Boards to the main wall - Closing off the cafe and adding a Bar Station - Addition of High Top Tables to the main floor Exciting times coming for sure and I'd love to be in it. Staff told us $5.99 per shoe rental and $5.99 a game... fine We finished at 510 pm and the guy tells me since it's now after 5 pm it's 8.99 a game.. Fine...get the bill he charged us for all the games we bowled prior to 5 pm... What a RIP off He wouldn't change it...other reviews have complained about your sneaky charges. Then you get to sign your credit card bill and the establishment has the balls to ask you if you want to leave a tip!!! You need to be clear about your policies and I am not happy about the $24 up charge you failed to mention for us bowling 10 minutes after five...there were no patrons waiting for the lane and only 3 other lanes had bowlers. Went on a Friday around 930pm, had a great time. We had 4 people and it was about a 30 min wait since bowling leagues were finishing up. Very clean and organized for the most part. Great selection of music. We did unlimited bowling which was around 25 a person after bowling shoe rentals. The wings and drinks were great. The seating arrangement for the lanes was a little weird. There was tables every other lane at the bottom and then the others were on the top. That was really inconvenient. Thankfully the people next to us were nice enough to share their table at the bottom since no one wanted to get up and down constantly during a game. That's my only complaint but overall was good and I recommend for a fun night out! read more

I always forget this bowling alley is here. I met with a Meetup group to celebrate a birthday. All of the lanes stayed full, but we were able to get a lane quickly. We were on lane 2. Everyone seemed to enjoy themselves, but our bowling balls kept getting stuck which slowed down our game. Several people ordered food in the group. The chili fries did not look appetizing. One person ordered a chicken fajita and she was given 2 steak fajitas. She also ordered a cocktail which she seemed to enjoy fairly well. This definitely is not the best bowling alley I've ever been to, but if someone wanted me to meet them here for a couple games, I'd accept the invitation. read more

I will start and say I purchased a Groupon so I didn't get suckered into any bs prices as there is none on the screen at register. Smh. My Groupon was for 2 hours 2 people and 2 shoes for $30 and it was a complete score! ($70 at register before she scanned my coupon) on a Thursday at 1pm. We had a blast!! My daughter and I bowled maybe about 8-10 games in those 2 hours. The pretzels with cheese sauce isn't bad either. read more

Absolutely terrible experience. The people who work there are extremely rude. I was given attitude when i tried to pay for another round of bowling. We had 40 minutes until it closed and i said "can i pay for another round please" and the lady at the front said "no. it's too late" and walked away. She was in her mid 40-50s, horrible attitude and death stared us the entire game we played. She also lied when we got there that the food bar was closed when other people proceeded to order for another 20 minutes after. With the amount of attitude and hostility i was given in my 30 minutes of being there i've never been so disappointed in a company. I am going to tell everyone who will listen, not to go there. Worst bowling experience ever. We went to the register and asked how their bowling worked, like by the game or by the hour. The lady responded with I just need you to insert your credit card. We proceeded with getting a lane. It wasn't that busy and we requested two lanes. They told us they couldn't give us two lanes next to each other so we took one. When we got to the lane, both lanes next to us had bowlers. There was one table per two lanes. The guests that shared our lane setup had the entire table already filled up. There was literally no where for us to sit and it was 6 of us. The new remodel did not take in to account a sitting area per lane but rather per every other lane which does not work, especially when people don't want to share. We asked four times to get bumpers before it finally happened. We had also been told on the second time going to the counter requesting bumpers that the entire alley was closing at 5pm for league night. We literally got there after 4pm and it would have been nice to know that before we started. We went to order fries and the guy working the register explained ed he needed to count his tips and couldn't take our order until he was done. He had a huge stack of receipts that he was tallying on his own phone. After awhile he went and grabbed someone else to take our order. That guy ignored me while he got the register set up. After a few minutes he finally looked at me and asked "do you want something?" I ended up ordering one large fry. After about 6 frames with 6 people we realized we never got our fries. We went back up to the counter and got ignored again. After another customer came up and complained we said we didn't get our order either. The employees didn't know where the orders were and were standing around doing nothing. We finally just asked for refund because the fryers weren't even on and we were wasting too much time. Overall, the company of our own group was the only positive of this bowling experience. Terrible customer service and set up. Will not return. read more

Hire managers that know something about bowling. Bowlero corporation doesn't care about bowler's. Two examples that have happened to me. Closed the center I was bowling at 2 weeks after fall league started without any notice. We found out when we went to bowl and the doors were locked no advanced notice. They just cancelled the league I'm bowling in two weeks before it starts again no notice or explanation read more

If I could give the bowling alley 0 stars, I would. Two of my bowling balls have been damaged by the lanes here and when I mentioned it to one of the ladies at the front counter (I don't remember her name) she was rude and brushed me off as if my concern/complaint was not valid. The oil quality on the lanes is atrocious, and the customer service is below average. Being understaffed AND rude is not appropriate for a family friendly environment. read more

I have low expectations when it comes to bowling alleys but this place still managed to leave us disappointed. Apparently they were recently "renovated" so I'd hate to see what it looked like before. The pictures on their page are generic and not representative of this actual location. We had a party of four adults and one 5yo child. They don't have childrens bowling balls and only have manual bumpers which they rudely state have to "stay up or down the whole time". The seating is quite lacking as there's only one small table per lane- ours was about 15 feet back on the higher platform so we had to awkwardly stand by the lane the whole time. There is no bench seating by the lanes. The bowling program is horrendous and didn't even keep the score correctly. It would randomly count pins that weren't knocked down and skip turns. We paid $100 and unfortunately would've had a better time staying home. Bathrooms were disgusting with holes in the walls and rotting drywall throughout. read more

First, when you make a reservation online your choice is a 2 hour or 2.5 hour window of bowling which you are charged accordingly. When we actually got to the bowling alley and were in the middle of our 3rd game the lane turns off....we'd been bowling for 1.5 hours! Went to the counter and the associate looked it up and said I only had 1.5 hours at which point I responded that my choice was either a 2 hour or 2.5 hour window so how could I only have 1.5 hours? They allotted us the additional time which was great, but seriously, why did I have to ask....just give me what I paid for. We had gone to the alley on Beach a couple of weeks prior and the same thing happened with the gestapo women at the front desk and I thought it was just her because she was so nasty. The associate that night told me it was because they were so busy so my time was limited. This is false advertising and deception at it's finest. Secondly, the seating arrangement is ridiculous and we had to wait while they convinced the people that were occupying our table to vacate. The girl waiting our table was the sweetest and I found most of the employees to be helpful. In spite of the issues, we had fun. read more

the pictures listed for this place online ARE NOT the same place. it's a total catfish!!!!! the pictures are showing an entire different bowling alley, none of the walls have the same things on them, the tables and bars are so much different. it's much more run down. when ordering drinks at the bar, my card was having issues due to a chip read error, and one of the men behind the counter legitimately started laughing at me and making comments about me needing to grab my boyfriends card instead lol? then to top it off the man who was making our drinks and was running the kitchen had absolutely filthy hands and dirt all over and under his nails, which is okay, we just felt really gross having him handle food or drinks with dirty hands nonetheless without gloves? then the drinks (we ordered two of the same) we're made in two different cups and we're completely two different colors . however he made them it was completely off/not the same. these things were mostly just funny to us and not bothersome, but we just wanted to let anyone else know just incase they stop by what to expect read more
