We had a great time! Stephanie checked us in and got us our planes quickly! She even came over and checked on us while we were bowling. She even made a special announcement over the PA welcoming the 4 D1 wrestlers to the bowling alley!! She made us feel so special. I've come in 2 times in the past 6 weeks and both times I have been met with exceptional customer service. Kelly, who I'm not sure works for the corporate branch or directly in the Clovis location, went above and beyond to assist me in making my reservation over the phone by helping to input gift-card information. Additionally, the manager (I'm not sure on his name) is always so kind and makes sure to check in regularly with everyone to ensure they are having a great time. I am a league bowler here and have gotten exceptionally good service lately, Angel is a really nice bartender and has served me well every time! When I have bowled here to practice usually isn't too busy and able to get help if there's any technical issues with the lanes, also usually taken care of promptly during league as well, Eliott is one of the nicest mechanics I know and trying his best to keep everything working well with the lanes, Stephanie has also been very helpful as one of the managers, also do get some occasional announcements during league which is good. Only concern with this center is some of the equipment such as the ball returns may be needing upgrades soon. All in all though, I have very much enjoyed the vibes at Bowlero Clovis! read more

First they had us next to the senior league and we're pretty patient but they wanted us to stop our bowling and let them throw and then walk back. Um no. We know the bowling etiquette THANKS. We had my daughter's 8th birthday here and it was so much fun. Two hours of bowling was perfect and they got two games in. My party package came with arcade cards and they burned through those. My daughter even won a HUGE unicorn, seriously made her night that much better. The food was super plentiful with lots to take home. We had put together a joint birthday party for my son and nephew, that included 30+ family member and friends and everyone had a great time and mentioned how absolutely wonderful everything was. The staff there had such a great and welcoming attitude and helped in any way they could. All my questions were answered and the entire area was very nice and clean. My family and I are regular attendees at this facility, a minimum of 2-3 times a week for the past 3 years. We not only bowl regularly but we've also participated in several leagues. In the recent past we've had negative interactions with a manager named Ashley. She's unpleasant, unapproachable and just plain very very unfriendly. She never greets us when we arrive. Has approached us while we are bowling asking us to take our hydros of water to our car as they are not allowed. We understand there are rules, but there are also ways to approach people. She will stand there with her arms crossed, watching us waiting for us to take them outside. Most of the time when she's the manager on staff, The water jug is always empty. We also had an incident where a family member was waiting at the bar for almost 15 minutes to buy a soda. I believe it's courtesy to to tell someone, I'm sorry we're very busy, but I will be right with you, she never once greeted or acknowledged him. As a manager of a public facility, she should be setting an example. we actually dread being there when she's the manager on duty. There for the past three years we've come to know many of the regular attenders and all seem to have the same experience with her. read more

Plenty of lanes opened, asked Kailee at the front for 2 lanes to play league style 2 on 2 and was immediately interrupted and denied without even finishing my sentence because they have league @6pm. Totally understandable because I play in league as well, but we would've been done much earlier and it was more than 3 hours before league started! I let her know we would be done before they even begin oiling the lanes, once again denied and this time the justification was that there are other parties. I finished playing with my group and guess what? The lane next to us was opened the whole time along with a lot more lanes on the other side. Still plenty of lanes opened after leaving. I don't appreciate the dishonesty and ZERO effort to even give my group a chance at 2 lanes. Before COVID you'd have to wait in line for way too long, now that they reopened things moved so quick and actually got to enjoy the experience more. You no longer have to share the booths with other groups, but have the whole thing to yourselves. If you eat or drink anything you have to go all the way to the back though. I will not disclose their ethnicity but they had head attire on... I observed a lady walking out alone each time and 5 of those guys were talking and pointing to each other...Two stayed inside and the other 3 followed behind her. I hope nothing happened. Thought it was just odd. I spoke with a frequent bowler who told me they only have inside security inside on Friday nights only . I still don't feel safe to even cheer on for other bowlers and the league I'm supporting because of what happened. The bowling alley is still loud. People talking, pins being hit, the bowling balls smacking the floor, all 40 some odd lanes with 160+ different people in a small enclosed space. It gets loud in here. Bowling is not like golfing or croquet. It's not a silent sport. Ever since what happened on Aug 7th, the morale went down. People don't feel safe cheering for others because of the bowling league organization and because of your manager, Isabell. It's not fair to us when we spend tons of money supporting your franchise to have a good time. We no longer can have a good time. Please refer to the video I send below on how loud it can be. The video truly does an injustice, as being with the bowlers up close, not hiding behind the counter and inside the kitchen, gets loud in an enclosed building. If we were to silently cheer, the people we are cheering for won't even hear us because of how loud it gets. I know because of when I would bowl here. I no longer bowl here and choose not to spend a dime here because of my experience, when I used to spend $100-$200 a week not including how much my partner would spend being a part of your league. Bowlero Clovis is no longer a fun place to be. Bowlero Fresno, however, is different. We don't feel discouraged to have fun and cheer on our opponents and others nearby. We have fun. That's not the same at Clovis when it used to be when I was growing up. We spoke to several bowlers after this incident and many have spoken against Bowlero management and the bowling league organization for getting on us for cheering. Even a bowler from the league has complained on Google reviews for how rude the staff and leadership is here at Bowlero Clovis, as well as the league organization leadership. read more

There are so many words to describe this vile place. We showed up are were quoted a 40 minute wait. We put our name down and ordered food. 1 hour and 45 minutes later we got our pepperoni pizza. After clocking in at just under 2 hours of waiting, we finally got a text our lane was ready. Let me tell you, we waited for cardboard pizza and crappy service. Do not recommend this place.
