Do not recommend. I honestly believe half the reviews have to be fake just based on the fact that some say it's a clean and well running establishment. The bathroom had half the ceiling tiles missing, and not bc of a remodel haha they were just gone. Which scared the ever living crap out of the young children. Half the bowling balls had dents or chips in them. There was a literal hole in the floor, with a random board covering it up. No screws holding said board down either or a caution sign to warn guests so good thing no one fell in. Plus more than one questionable area in the floor making us think another hole was as inevitable as thanos was. The food, while it was delicious, took over an hour into a 2 hour bday party to actually arrive. We reserved 2 lanes for a bday party and yet still had to wait 20 minutes to start said party which basically resulted in us trying to wrangle 12 birthday party goers starting at age 1-14. My husband and I don't have many options for bowling where we live. Decided to check this place out while we were visiting. There are numerous lanes allowing for multiple groups. The cafe also had amazing pizza. Didn't realize it until we were leaving that they even had a lounge and served alcohol. Will definitely be back. read more

It's not much from the outside, but it's the inside that matters, right? It's very nicely redone. It's got a small amount of arcade games and coin prize/candy dispenser machines as you enter. The bowling counter workers were very friendly and helpful. The pizza? Hands DOWN!! 100% better tasting than homestead's pizza. They have other food and the counters workers were super nice and helpful as well. There also is a full bar inside the bowling alley that is full tinted glass and it's easy to not really see it if you're not a parent/adult looking for it. This place is very Kid friendly and simple fun for the entire family. As a family we decided to make this our new bowling spot over Homestead. 100% recommend. read more

The old man with the white beard seriously needs to be fired. Me and my cousin went to Bowl-Ero and the bowling lane kept breaking and not working. And the old guy at the counter was litteraly no help the whole time. The lane was malfunctioning and not counting our points and not returning the ball. We were already scared to talk to the guy at the desk, cus he's a total jerk, but 30 mins in we decided to do it anyways. We went up to the desk and told him the lane was having issues, but he started talking to us rudely and acting like it was our problem. He told us it was because we were throwing gutterballs, and "the lane doesn't like that". So we went back to our lane and just sat there because it isn't much fun bowling if the lane isn't even working. After like 30 to 40 minutes (we only payed for a hour) we went back up to the desk, and told him very nicely that the lane still wasn't working. He didn't do crap. Total waste of money, and our time. Just because of that old man me and my family aren't ever coming back here. I'm not sure why that man has a job there to be honest. read more

You have to reserve a lane ahead of time... they told us and a family behind us that were first in line that they had no spots and to pretty much leave. The lady at the desk was rude in my opinion. Had a guy talking about boobs and beer as soon as I walked in. If your into people like that go for it. Wouldn't recommend at all read more

Idaho Falls is in great need of a up to date bowling center. The pins are way too old. The machines are so old n outdated they can't find replacement parts. The workers aren't trained on how to use the machines that oil the lanes so it's tough to actually bowl. read more

I've been going here once or twice a year for the last decade. It's everything I want out of a bowling alley. It's rarely busy during the week, at least in my experience. The lounge is old school and inexpensive. There is a greasy spoon food option. The staff has always been nice to me. In the past few years they put in a new computer system that easily allows you to put in names and change scores when necessary. If I were to critique one thing, it's that the ball selection isn't awesome, and many of the balls don't list their weights. I'll continue to swing through Bowl Ero when I swing through IF. Bowling alleys like this one, great outdoor signage and all, are a dying breed. read more

I have been bowling at Bowl-Ero lanes since the early 70,s. Yes it has been through a lot of owners and managers since then, but, it is still a great place to go to open bowl, league bowl, and tournament bowl. The manager now' (BILL), has been doing this for quite sometime and knows what works and what doesn't when it comes to giving the customer what they want!! read more

The bathrooms were nice and clean. People working there were nice. It's reasonably priced and my son had a blast.

This place is straight trash I walk in at 5:00 pm after calling to see if they were open and when I get there I walk to the counter, while the dude just stares at me. Then I have to say hey I'd like to bowl. He then says oh we don't have any lanes we're getting ready for leagues tonight, which I understand because there's was a birthday party going on so I assumed that they were taking up the lanes they leave open. After grabbing my stuff to leave I hear the party coming up behind me complaining that there wasn't any lanes. A party of 8 year olds were turned away. So that means they leave ZERO open lanes during league nights for the ENTIRE night. I mean I understand catering towards the league players cause they do play more, but making it so no one else can bowl AT ALL the whole night!!! Wow. read more

I have been coming here for over 20 years. Wow! This place has gone down hill. I am visiting from out of town and one place my family always goes is the good ol' bowlero. WOW! and not in a good way. This bowling hour has gone down hill. There is an overwhelming trash smell when you first walk in and does not leave you until about 15 minutes after you leave. I hope this place will shape up, clean up, and fix up before the next trip to Idaho. It needs some positive change or I do not see it lasting. read more

We came in after my daughter got home from school so the place was quite. The gentleman at the front desk. White hair and mustache and glasses was super friendly with us. The bartender was nice as well. We had a hell of a time this afternoon and hope to be back. Bring back memories of when I was younger. read more

We were in here for are son's birthday party and right off the bat the older guy at the front desk was rude. We got the birthday package and it came with a pizza so we told them that we would like the pizza to eat during are game so go ahead and order it. After 45 minutes and asking about it four different we finally got it and it was cold like it had came out of the fridge cold. We took the pizza back up the front and the old guy was no were in sight just some young kid that looks at us and says that sucks at least I get free pizza and proceeds to eat it. Are game was shut off early so we figured enough was enough got up and left. But on are way out my wife demanded to know where the manager was the young kid said in the office but he is busy. She went to the office to let him know about the poor service. When she opened the door he was in there kissing on some lady. Very unprofessional place will never go back. read more
