First, the owner himself was sent to the wrong address with an incorrect job description by All State Roadside service. He was calm and jovial anyway. Calling me, he got to the place needed, but didn't have the equipment needed )based on All states description what was needed). He checked it out, went back for a different truck AND found a tire for the camper by searching his yard. (I couldn't find anything open). He changed the tire, hauled it home, parked it just how we wanted and kept on smiling four hours later. I still have the tire. I will now ALWAYS call them if I'm near by. I mentioned a few issues I had in addition to the main problem - wipers quit working. They looked my car over and found the problems, providing me with details and what could be fixed now and what could wait. They provided me details, cost, etc. and kept me apprised of progress. Additionally, they provided me a loaner car. This was a godsend as I was going to daily radiation therapy for cancer. I was so pleased with their care, I also asked them to give me an oil change as I knew it would be needed soon. I feel the cost of the work was very fair and will have the continue with the other things we found and put on hold. Great business!
