Everyone was patient in answering my many questions and scheduled our moisture and mold inspection promptly. Our inspector, Elizabeth, arrived exactly on time, immediately put us at ease, explained everything clearly, and investigated and documented the situation with exceptional attention to detail. Because we were especially worried about our child with asthma being exposed to mold, she even called us the next day with the preliminary results before the full written report was ready. The final report was clear, comprehensive, well documented, and easy to understand. After the remediation was completed, Elizabeth returned for the post-remediation sampling and was once again thoughtful, meticulous, and a pleasure to work with. Of the many contractors, investigators, and inspectors we've dealt with in the aftermath of the leak, Air Quality Testers stood out for their professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine kindness.
