I will try to keep this brief but there really is so much to say. We have a very big yard and only…read moretwo small trees, so we have been looking around for quite some time. Our ground is mostly rock with a little dirt (northwest Autin in the Hill Country). I have spoken to Albert several times over the years because our ground is so hard, and I worry about the installation, which seems to be the problem with all the other nurseries. Albert assured me they would do whatever it took to dig the holes and get them properly installed. We went to pick one tree this past weekend, but they were all so healthy and HUGE that we ended up choosing three trees. The trees are an excellent value for the cost. The experience was very enjoyable. A few days later, I was called to schedule installation, and they came out the next morning. Highlights: They showed up at 9:30, exactly when they said they would. Four men showed up (they were big trees). They had a jackhammer and shovels. They were very polite and worked with me on placement (turning them when I picked a different side to face the house). They spent time making sure the trees were perfectly straight. They hauled away all the old dirt and rocks (taking the rocks they dug up was great) They built a berm around the trees to help with watering. They installed tubing to help with daily watering. They put in metal poles and wiring to keep the trees straight as they grow. They checked to make sure I was happy with each tree installation as they did it. They made sure I was pleased with everything before they left. The area was as clean when they left as when they arrived. (This is a big deal because several contractors have left old water bottles and trash at our house before.) Albert called to ensure I was pleased with the work and is coming later today or tomorrow to install a timer for the water. I could not be more thrilled! The trees look gorgeous, and the surrounding area is tidy and well-manicured. We are already planning where we will put more trees next year. If you are at all considering investing in trees, you should take the drive out to see them. You will not be disappointed.

The gentleman we initially met at their yard gave a tour of all the trees in his golf cart, asked us several questions about what we were replacing, and what we thought we would like to replace it with. He stopped frequently to identify the different trees, provide all the pros and cons of each variety, whether they were particularly suitable for where we live, etc. We didn't feel rushed, he was exceptionally pleasant, and was happy to answer all our questions. When we decided what type of tree we wanted, we were handed a flag, picked out the exact tree we liked best, and they delivered it in a matter of days. Their crew was friendly and efficient, and for a reasonable fee, cut down and removed the dead tree. They were finished in no time, and left the yard looking better than when they arrived. They only asked for payment when the old tree was gone, the new tree was planted, staked, watered, and we were 100% satisfied with their work. I really didn't think this level of customer service existed anymore. Go see them. You won't regret it.

The colors, fullness, and overall design did not match what we had meticulously planned, which caused emotional distress and impacted the enjoyment and photos of our wedding day. When we attempted to respectfully address these concerns in writing, Kimberly's responses were unprofessional and included personal insults. She made inaccurate claims, misrepresented prior conversations, shifted blame onto us, and accused us of acting in bad faith. Her staff offered no assistance to correct the problems, leaving us with no resolution and further demonstrating a lack of accountability. These interactions were stressful, hurtful, and completely inappropriate for a professional vendor relationship. I called for a repair to a non-working station (2) and scheduled an appointment. The next day, Austin called to ask if he could come earlier than scheduled, of course that was great (doesn't always work for some people but in this case an early arrival was welcomed). Austin found my problem immediately; it was a loose wire. Austin could have left but instead offered to check out my entire system. Austin and Jason found bubbling water at three sprinkler heads which of course means a broke line. He repaired one and capped two that we didn't need. He then checked all heads, cleaned and or replaced filters and changed caps where necessary to redirect water where needed. I requested he dig and cap three additional heads in a specific area. Austin suggested that I just shut them off in the event that I might need them in the future. I thought that was an excellent suggestion. He could have easily worked longer and billed more. He was more concerened that I might change my mind and need those heads at a later date (I think he might be right). I'm glad I didn't cap them underground. This system was here when this place was purchased and needless to say has never worked better. A BIG thank you to Blue Water and to AUSTIN. I was extremely impressed with this young Mans' work ethics and knowledge. I highly recommend Blue Water Nursery and Irrigation.

He came at the scheduled time, took care of everything, sprayed to prevent future weeds, and even cleaned up pigeon poop that had accumulated from a horrible pigeon infestation. He finished up by spraying down the patio areas and had them looking great. If he comes to Henderson I'll probably use him for my own house soon!
