Kim charged me far too much for what was actually done. Addicted 2 Decor was very unresponsive, and often did not reply to my text messages.

Kim was a burst of energy and helpfulness when I was feeling overwhelmed! She came over and staged the house when we were away. In a short amount of time, she cleared the clutter and made the house look amazing. She was respectful of our things and understood the needs of a family. When we got home, we were all so happy with our spaces and the organization. Now it's hard to put the house on the market because we want to stay here!! All I can say is that Kim is truly amazing. Having lived in our home for six years it needed something. I invited Kim to spend an hour touring around helping me to reimagine the space. Paying someone to decorate my house was probably my worst decision. Kim charges an exorbitant amount for simple labor and didn't consult me with 90% of the decisions she made. I suggest maybe not having a flat rate of 150/hr for all the work you do such as researching what furniture you are going to incorporate, especially when there's no telling if the amount of hours that went into the research were actually expended. read more

In the beginning, Kim was very nice, suggestive and very pleasant to work with, then it went downhill. I asked and requested her to specifically buy home furnishings I wanted. I gave her the exact color, style, fabric and size to order, but for some odd reason, she went against it and ordered what she 'wanted or liked'. When the stuff arrived at my house, I ended up with colors and styles I never requested. I returned them and had to pay for a re-stocking fee. I was very pissed. I asked her for a full refund because it was entirely her fault, but she was very unpleasant and unwilling to give me a refund. Overall, I would not want to work with her ever again. She ordered the stuff she wanted even though it wasn't her house. read more

I could tell Kim was the right choice right from the moment she walked into my house-she was super passionate and confident about her design (and getting my house sold). She and her team went well beyond staging to help get the house ready for the market. I'd shown my house to two couples pre-staging and got feedback of them not being able to visualize how they'd use the open concept living.
