Absolutely gorgeous. We loved staying with Jimmy & Brian. Jimmy was so accommodating and sweet. His outgoing personality makes everyone feel welcome. We arrived to a clean (and gorgeous) room with an air conditioner-which was great because we arrived on a 90 degree day. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The location was perfect as it was a 5 minute walk to the downtown area 15 minute walk to the beach. And if you've been to Ogunquit, you know the beach is the best. The breakfast was great-muffins from a local bakery, hard boiled eggs, bagels, bread, cereal, and juices. Coffee was out all day. Sitting on the porch in the morning and evening was just delightful. They even have a hammock that we got to relax in for a while in the back yard. Everything about this place was spectacular. I'd recommend it to everyone and we will definitely be back! Thanks for a great stay, Jimmy and Brian!

Wine and cheese on front porch. What a great way to spend an afternoon.

Nice little place in town. Close walking distance to all local restaurants. Very accommodating for COVID-19.

We especially loved the large salt water hot tub and mid-day snacks (mixed nuts and large chocolate chip cookies - which were delicious). They also offer a mixed drink and wine at the self serve bar during the day. We stayed in the King 7 room and it was spacious. We loved the rain shower head. I also highly recommend the chocolate sampler box add on! We had the chocolate and champagne available at check in which was a nice touch. The hot tub was often quiet around 8pm and made for the perfect end of evening activity. They have an ample selection of towels and robes by the pool that are available to use. We also enjoyed a couples massage offered by the inn. Breakfast was very yummy! Each day there is a large selection of options you can pick and choose from. They had the breakfast offering for the day displayed and then you check off what you want with a marker on a short form. The inn is about a 10 minute walk from Footbridge beach, which was awesome. Overall I would recommend for any weekend getaway or celebration!

The staff is exceptional, Pete has this place running like a top! This time we stayed in Barn Suite 2 and I think this may now be my new favorite room. They also provide ice tea and either a sangria or other type drink along with house made cookies (best I've ever had) as well as Whoopie pies and mixed nuts and snack mix.

The owners, George and Cathy Wilson, are phenomenal, interesting, salt-of-the-earth people, and they are excellent inn keepers. Their home is as unique in style and decor as it is functional, lending itself to days spent poolside with a book surrounded by acres of wildflowers and trees. A full breakfast is served each morning and it is exceptional. Each room has its own unique amenity: one has a gazebo, two have private screened-in porches, one has a garden entrance, others have fireplaces, etc. There is one suite, three other rooms and also a full apartment. The central air conditioning is a gift from heaven on hot summer days and the pool is amazing - so much more than just the standard cement hole-in-the-ground filled with water. Personal touches abound and it seems that everywhere one looks there is a unique piece of artwork or furniture or sculpture or planting that compliments the whole without being gaudy in the least. Having frequented Ogunquit for ten years, I do not know why I never knew about Beauport before - perhaps because it's a 15 minute walk from the center of town and I just never stumbled upon it until this past weekend. Quick list of other things I love about Beauport: no kids, no pets, no loud delivery trucks rolling by at 4 AM as with the other inns downtown. Well worth the short walk from the center of town, I highly recommend the Beauport Inn.

My husband and l were fortunate to have the opportunity to spend  a few days there from June 19th to the 21st. Our room was extremely clean and comfortable. There was a sitting room, bedroom and bathroom with a spacious shower. We really enjoyed our breakfast on the front porch - delicious blueberry muffins, coffee, fruit and yogurt. On our last morning we  were treated to two scrumptious chocolate chip cookies for our ride home. There's no need to worry about packing wine and snacks since the country store at the inn has wine, beer, soft drinks, cheese and crackers at very reasonable prices.  Bev and Scott are experienced and gracious hosts who made our stay so special! They really know how to make their guests feel at home! We're already looking forward to our next stay!

The bathroom might present a challenge to anyone of above average girth, but we were fine. Being an old place, the walls are a bit thin, so we could hear the conversation going on in an adjoining room, but we weren't in Maine to hang around in bedrooms. The start of the Marginal Way coastal walk is a couple of hundred yards up the road, with about a 20 minute walk back down Shore Road once completed. Breakfast is fruit and home baked muffins, the latter prepared to order by our very pleasant and welcoming host. There are several very presentable restaurants in easy walking distance and I would imagine at the height of the season, being a mile out of town is quite a good thing!

Every room holds its own theme, curated by the artistic and charming innkeeper, Andy, who doubles as docent and storyteller. Walls are filled with "real" artwork, antique hutches and tables filled with classic china, crystal and artifacts, call to you requesting your gaze and curiosity. Amidst this aesthetic encounter you quickly realize the warmth of the space and are drawn in by Andy's familial welcoming. Our ocean view second floor bedroom was comfortably appointed. A special treat was the cozy third floor reading nook, where glancing up from your book rewards you with over the treetop vistas of the sea. Breakfasts were delicious and served under the watchful eyes of a young, beautiful Queen Victoria, smiling down on your new day. Take your second cup of coffee out to the spacious front porch and soak in the sea air. Located a mere stone's throw from the famous "Marginal Way," we rarely used our car, preferring the ten to fifteen-minute walk to either Perkin's Cove or Ogunquit Village. If you are looking for the ultramodern lodging experience the Rockmere is not for you. Then 5 months go by of phone tag with this new owner saying how sorry he is, it's busy season, he sees I'm owed the money and he is mailing a check. 2 weeks go by and no check so I call again and he apologizes and says he will look into it, then the day before Christmas I get a text saying I am not owed anything but they will send a gift card for $15, not the $240 I'm owed. I called back after the holidays and was told if I can show the gift cards "which they took" then I can get it back. For 6 months you led me on, led me to believe that I would get the money back, it was over $240 which is a lot. I trusted your word and was nice and patient for 6 months for you to pull that on me. You even told me the exact amount that I was owed at one point, over the phone unfortunately. It's not even that you are a small business struggling, you own multiple inns in Ogunquit. I used to love this place when it was owned by the old owners, they were just amazing but this new owner should be ashamed of himself. Mind you this, when I booked my vacation here it was still with the original owners and there was no talk of change in ownership, an email was sent out a month before my stay announcing it, long after it had booked. My gift cards should of been honored no matter what they were and I should of been given back my money.

Kudos to the innkeepers Heath and Bryan…read more Upon check-in, it was Heath that gave the tour of the facility; the history of Nellie Littlefield from its humble beginnings thru its current time; and what it provides (cold/hot pools, mini gym, spa, massage services, etc.). Overall, the lawn, trees, garden plants, and its surrounding vicinity were all very well maintained. He suggested bars, restaurants, shops and sites that are worth visiting. He carefully explained all the Covid-19 protocols that were in place.  The location was perfectly situated in town. Dining establishments, shops, village grocery, candy, ice cream shop, Perkins Cove, Marginal Highway Trail and Ogunquit Beach were all in walking distance. The room was provided with luxurious pillows, bedsheets, plush towels, robes and toiletries. The fridge was stocked with bottled spring water. The furniture were well kept and very modern. The bed was very comfortable. It had a decent-sized flat screen tv and cable. The WiFi signal was strong which was an advantage as a backup to cellular signal. Beach towels, umbrellas and carry-on rollers were available if you decide to venture into the nearby walkable beaches.  I'm not much of a beach person, and spent most of the time by the pools. Large pool towels were provided and shatter-free glasses were accessible thru the cupboard if you want to bring your drinks to the pool. Since Covid-19 and social distancing protocols were still in place, he served daily breakfast in a carefully curated and lovely picnic basket that included rotating menu of eggs, toast, fruits, yogurt, an offer of unlimited coffee, teas and juices. He meticulously prepared them in the fully stocked kitchen every morning. A Keurig machine along with a variety of flavored coffees, hot cocoa and teas were also present as well as filtered hot/cold water machine by the office. The best part of the room was that it had a balcony albeit being on the smaller side. I hung out there almost every morning drinking coffee and having wine during the afternoons. It was quiet and away from the street that often gets noisy from other travelers passing by.  Perhaps next time I'd be able stay longer -- and spend more time at the more spacious King Suite -- if it's available at the time of booking.

There was a little sign just indicating to call if no one was around. He showed up quickly and got us settled in to our room. We chose the Lesa Lynn room which is off the main house around the back and is considered semi-private. It had a cute little porch with some chairs and the room was cozy and welcoming. Small little bathroom was perfect for the two of us and there was a small fridge and AC in the room already which is perfect. It was cooler during our stay so we just kept the ceiling fan going. There is also a larger fridge for guest use in the main house as well as coffee/tea available around the clock. The Inn is about a 5 minute walk from the center of town and despite being on Rt 1 (main road through town) wasn't overly loud or chaotic. They have a little porch on the front where we ate a DELICIOUS breakfast each day. Breakfast options included a starter (we had broiled grapefruit, fresh strawberries with homemade whip cream, and a delicious cherry bread pudding), there was an option of a sweet or savory entree (pancakes and french toast, quiche and scrambles with amazing homefries), a choice of bacon or sausage, and then juice or milk as alternatives to the coffee/tea option. All cooked by Duane and Claudine who are literally the sweetest humans and hosts. They also are interactive during the day and Duane often was found tending the gardens throughout the day. Overall I am thrilled by our stay and will certainly go back next time we head North for a weekend away. I can't speak highly enough about this bed & breakfast and the comfortability, service, and welcoming we received. The historical aspect of the Inn appealed to us (so many cool nooks, crannies, closets, wide planked floors, giant fireplaces, paintings, & more), Claudine, the Inn's manager, is welcoming, fun, funny, engaging, open, & chatty. Our room, the Duchess Ann Suite was a bit challenged by the 3 of us since we needed one bed more, so we were given permission to squeeze in an air bed that made it perfect. Although facing the VERY busy main road leading into & out of town, we did not hear any of the traffic, nor parades of people due to the A/C units. The front gardens are chock-filled with beautiful flowers, & sweet touches such as a bubbling fountain, moss covered structures, & stone pathways leading everywhere. Breakfast was also perfect, especially because we were able to sit outside on the front porch while sipping our coffee, enjoying our yogurt, breads, cereals, juice & more. We could not have asked for a better experience, a better location, a better welcoming & a better 3 sisters' annual get together.
