I took a walk around the area for little over an hour and arrived back to the store only to find my vehicle still sitting where i left it. They provide you with a quote and breakdown via text message that leads to a website with price of parts and labor for each thing. You could even text their number, which was great. The main reason why I am only giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of communication. When I called about my car that was towed there, I asked about turnaround and expectations. Now, when I got there, they had a lot of cars in their lot. I definitely did not mind that it took longer than expected. I didn't call or check-in every day but I did try to get updates bc I needed to know if I needed to get a rental. I wasn't given turnaround time and with the games and events happening in Gainesville it got too late for me to get a rental. I honestly felt like they were purposefully not answering me or answering me at the end of the work day.
