We had snapped torsion spring over the weekend and I called three different companies and chose this company among them. The costs were similar but Joshua seemed proud of the qualify on their parts used and also mentioned about their 7 years warranty. Later that afternoon the same day, Joseph came and finished the work professionally. Overall it was good experience to use them. The spring had snapped after being replaced only 5 years ago by another company. I called Joshua up thinking I might be lucky to get the thing replaced by middle of the week, but instead he said he could be at the house by 830PM...on a Sunday. Keep in mind Joshua is the owner so you're dealing directly with someone at the top as opposed to a call center or employee who doesn't know what they're doing. Josh is reliable and pleasant to work with. He installed our garage door a few montHs ago. I had backed my SUV up with the back hatch open and damaged the garage door. Of course it had to be on a weekend. I called Garage Door Experts and Josh came right away and got new doors put in the very next day. The door has been working great, but it was making a lot of squeaking noise lately when it opened, so I called Josh again. He came by and sprayed some lubricants on the hinges and that took care of the noise problem. I told Josh that I had sprayed WD-40 on it and it didn't work. Josh certainly is a garage door expert and we are glad we came across him when our garage door stopped working.
