I called Eppler's this week after seeing several recommendations on Nextdoor, and I'm so glad I did! Our garage door stopped working properly after some workers had been at our house installing equipment, and it looked like a wire may have been damaged. Daniel came out and was great! He was friendly, professional, and quickly figured out the problem and fixed it. They gave me a 2-5 PM window, and he actually arrived toward the beginning of that window, which I really appreciated. The repair was done quickly and the price was fair. Daniel did a great job, and I'll definitely be calling Eppler's again when we're ready to replace our garage door opener with a newer Wi-Fi-enabled one. Highly recommend! read more

Juston from Eppler Garage was BEYOND excellent, professional and kind!!! He answered literally all my questions, and I had a lot. The communication was top notch. He always responded very quickly and was super professional. The work he did on our old garage was A+++ work. Wow!!! His attention to detail was impeccable. He didn't leave one stone unturned. He literally made every little aspect of the garage door in good standing before he left. Not only was the work amazing, he was by far the most honest and reasonably priced garage repair company out there. I can't emphasize how honest and reliable he was! I would 1000% recommend Juston for any garage door work. Thank you so much! read more

Eppler came out to give my 20+ year-old garage door a tuneup. They adjusted the springs, lubricated, replaced the bottom seal and adjusted the height. They were very responsive and did this all at a reasonable price. I'm very happy with there work. read more

I was referred to Eppler by my neighbor and just from pictures they were able to assess my issue, however, I explained to Allie that I would like someone to come to help me assess if I need to just invest in a whole new door. Jared came out the next day and he was so real and knowledgeable and honest! He explained I didn't need a whole new door necessarily but told me what I did need and his quote was very reasonable. So thankful my neighbor referred me to Eppler! read more

I needed to replace the opener motor and very old springs for my garage door. A different company had come out and given me an estimate I thought was very high. I was right. A contractor working on my bathroom recommended Eppler. I contacted them on a Monday afternoon and they did the work on Wednesday morning. The owner took the time to talk through my options and didn't try to upsell me. For the price the first company quoted me for just the motor, I got the springs and a better model of motor installed by Eppler. read more

Eppler installed openers for our doors about 18 months ago. Just recently we started having issues with one of the doors not closing consistently. After trying to troubleshoot ourselves and giving up, they came out in a pinch and made a quick adjustment - problem solved! And they didn't charge for the service! We are very happy with the service and the value, would highly recommend them. read more

We used Eppler to replace our two garage doors. Pricing was competitive. Crew showed up on time and left the area spotless. I had an issue with the keypad. Juston replied immediately to my email and came out the next business day to replace the unit. It's no surprise that Eppler's ratings are so high. read more

Juston installed our doors and showed up early and completed the installation on time and at a reasonable price!

Excellent responsiveness and quality work. We had a spring break on one of our garage doors and they managed to come out within 24 hours to do the replacement. Would use again if needed. read more

Our garage spring broke and they were first to come to my mind since all their friends recommended them on our ,oval Facebook group. Well our cars were held hostage in our garage and after having us wait all day since I'm sure they were busy they took advantage of us since they wouldn't provide a basic estimate on the phone we were pressured to accept their bid no matter what they offered. Called at 8am they came at 5pm took 1 min said $550.00 for replacing the springs which took them 10 mins for 2 guys . And ohh well throw in a free tune up which took them 2 mins . They were in and out in 17mins, the worst part is I had to hire an,other company to tighten the springs tighter because when the power was out the wife can't lift the door . Check out Amigo garage doors instead! read more

Spring on the garage door broke last year and appler guys came and changed that to tube, drums, spring and then convinced me to change the whole motor including liftmaster. It worked for a month or so correctly and then started making lot of noise. I lubricated and noise suppressed to a bearable state, but I knew something is wrong. I was given a warranty for a year, anything happens we will come free of charge and fix. When I called now, I have been quoted $145 for just the visit and diagnose the issue and then another charge for fixing the issue. Never ever go to these guys!! read more

My garage door had stopped working and we were trying to get it fixed asap. Multiple contractors wanted to come out, some for free estimate and some for fixed fee but Eppler solved it with one text message over the yelp messages. They were exactly right on what was wrong (we couldn't figure it out after multiple tries). If something does go wrong in the future, I am coming back to them. 5 stars! read more

Eppler Garage Doors. Livermore Ca. I first met Justin through a friend of mine that is a builder in our area. Since then he has installed several doors and openers as well as service related issues such as broken springs and technical problems for myself as well as many friends and family. He is my go to recommendation because of his prompt response time, value, and expertise. CF read more

Juston came out for an estimate on my old sliding door. It needed new springs, a garage door opener, and a roller replacement. Being as old as it was, there were other issues such as track alignment and bracing. Juston and Danny came out the next week on an insanely stormy day and was able to get everything squared way very fast. Juston and his team's work ethic is top notch and absolutely professional. You pay people for the work they do because they can complete a given task, exceed expectations, and, based on their experience, identify any pain points that may occur prior to accepting your money. If you need someone knowledgeable about garage doors, and the craft in general, hire Eppler Garage Doors. read more

Looking for a reliable and honest experience then contact Eppler Garge Doors. I was having a problem with my garage door not closing. Called the company and they Easley walked me through a few easy steps to troubleshoot the problem. After a few attempts it was working again. Although that may have fixed the problem I still had a worker come out and service the door. They came same day and were exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly. read more

Overall 4.5 out of five, rounded up to 5. Communication was definitely a bonus, I prefer txting overall and he was on time with is estimation window. He seems to be pretty honest and was the first to suggest to modify the bracket which was coming off the door, he suggested he could attach the bracket to part of the steel framing. While it was very cheap in his estimate of this idea, he couldn't offer any warranty on it. To be honest it was very tempting, but it just didn't feel right and with my luck it might have held for a few months before breaking off again and I would be in the same situation. So I did request a brand new door and his estimate and design was very prompt coming in that evening. While this was the first half of the round of bids, I didn't know some of the questions to ask amongst the companies, so I might have missed out on finding a cheaper price or what details might have been missed detail wise. Anyways, he was very descriptive in what he was going to do and how he would build or design the garage door and I appreciated it. In the end, he imo offered a slightly better quality of what he was planning on using for the door, but with better quality, his offer was a tad higher that some of the earlier estimates that I got so far. read more

It's Monday morning, and I try to open the garage door at 5:30am to drive to Bart. No such luck... the garage door suddenly will NOT open. In a panic, I reached out to Yelp businesses for garage door diagnostic and repairs. Eppler was the 1st to respond and arrived at my home within 1 hr. The tech (Justin) correctly guessed that it was due to broken springs prior to arrival, confirmed the situation while on site, and got started on replacing 2 springs. He was friendly, professional, and done in less than 30 minutes. AMAZING!!!!! Thank you Eppler for saving the day. =) read more

I was having trouble with my garage door and worried it might stop working altogether. Juston came by, took a quick look, and listened to the squeaky sounds. Within minutes, he grabbed his tools and parts from the truck, opened up the garage door opener, replaced the necessary components, and adjusted both the chain and door rail track. The whole job was done in just 30 minutes! I was bracing myself for a high quote, as I've had with other companies, but Juston and his team were honest, trustworthy, professional, and incredibly skilled. 10 stars is a better description for the service we received from Justin and Eppler Garage Doors. We had trouble with our garage door after disengaging it to grease the screw drive. We called Eppler and immediately got an appointment for the next day. Justin arrived a few minutes early and quickly identified the problem and fixed it within minutes. This is an honest, fair, competent and friendly company all around. This is my second review for Eppler Garage Doors. The first review was for a relatively straight forward replacement of springs, rollers and an opener, in a townhouse and that review was 5 Stars. This second review encompasses a MUCH more complex project involving 2 custom roll up doors, with a garage opening that had to be reframed, re-engineered and ultimately installed with incredibly close tolerances, including the addition of side drive motors. Juston and his team have been coordinating with our contractor for over a year on this project and it was just installed yesterday. I'm trying to find a way to click more than 5 Stars, because that is what they deserve! Everything came together perfectly and the installation, inside and out, was absolutely flawless. One additional note, in planning for this project, our contractor originally spec'd out a custom door track system to raise the height of the door, Juston intervened and proposed a perfectly viable solution that saved us $4,400. Juston and his Team at Eppler Garage Doors are all about Integrity, Competence and Commitment to the customer, I can not recommend them highly enough! Erik L. | Danville read more

We had structural damage to our house and needed a new 3 car garage door. Eppler was able to come out for an estimate within a day and our new garage was installed 4 days later. On top of that, they took down and installed a 3 car garage in less than 3 hours. It was a very pleasant experience. read more

These guys are so so good! Trustworthy reliable and efficient!! Always on time and help !

Eppler Garage Doors was absolutely fantastic to work with! I had a commercial worthy story where my golf ball went through my golf net, garage door, and car window (yep... the insurance company jingle comes next)! I called several companies, and the one that clearly stood out was Eppler! Allie was fantastic to work with and setup an appointment for Jared to come out and provide an estimate. Jared worked through several options and helped me pick the best door to meet my specific needs for sound insulation and stability at a reasonable price. They scheduled my install within the week! Jared worked with me on a couple of custom requests and had the door installed in no time. He even came by the next day to replace the garage door weather seal with a better fitting one! Appreciate the expertise, professionalism, flexibility in meeting customer requests and above all fantastic service! read more

Fast service, friendly guys and a reasonable price for our repair. Highly recommended!

Skip calling anybody else and call Eppler FIRST! We had an issue with a replacement part installed improperly by a different contractor, causing our door to malfunction soon after the other contractor's "work" was "complete." There are a lot of questionable technicians out there, don't waste your valuable time or money with them. Eppler will make it right, with friendly service, and you can get on with your day worry-free! read more

I love my new garage door! The windows allow a ton of natural light into my normally creepy, dark garage. The light attachment is super bright as well and saved me money installing overhead lighting with a separate contractor. It lights up the entire garage very well. The door is quiet and great quality. I love the WiFi app connection option and the keypad for delivery drop offs. It's also useful if I don't have a remote handy. They gave me two remotes and linked up my two old ones, so now I have 4! I'm also happy to have a battery backup in case of power outages and that the door opens and closes safely, unlike my old door. I also have noticed my garage seems better insulated. I've been recommending Eppler to people I know in the area! A+ service. read more
