Recently, we got our garage door and opener motor replaced with them. They provided free estimates, which is not very common. They provided a competitive quote. These guys are awesome! Came home Friday evening to a worn out broken garage door that would not open. Saturday morning I called in to Boulevard Garage Doors and was scheduled for a service visit later that same day. This helped me a lot as during the week I get pretty busy. Joshua kept me informed with text on his anticipated arrival time. Once arrived he found broken springs and cheap worn out roller bearings. Went over options & quote for recommended parts/repairs. I found Blvd. Garage Doors through yelp just this morning 12/11/24. I stopped by the office and spoke to a couple of the gals who were very helpful and let me explain my situation. Rachel (think I got her name right) was super helpful and supportive of what I needed. She went over several available appointments that I had to choose from. I was able to have a technician to our house same day. Our Tech was Richard Martinez. I had a 2-3 PM time slot which he made with no issues. He was actually early so my apologies I wasn't able to get everything out of his way. But it didn't matter as he, just as your other employees was very courteous and professional and explained everything in detail as to what the repairs consisted of. He did an excellent job and had the repairs done in under an hour. I was not able to afford all his recommendations but was able to get our door back to functioning properly. I will definitely be contacting you folks in the future if and when something needs attention. I forgot to mention that while at your shop in Dublin I asked about the cost of a service call and the gals told me there was none and that if I didn't want to proceed with suggested work that there would be no fee. Now who offers that type of service anymore? Not very many I'm pretty sure. Anyway enough rambling on. You folks did an awesome job from the office out to the field. This is a first-class operation, providing an outstanding experience from start to finish. Josh initially came out to evaluate the situation with a busted spring and help me decide whether to repair the existing 35-year-old door or replace it. He gave me estimates for both and explained in detail the relative advantages and disadvantages of each. Ultimately I decided to go with the replacement. Josh was very straightforward and clear with me, and I never felt like I was being "sold" anything. He even pointed out some of the previous sloppy work and said he would clean it up and install some upgraded parts, making everything look proper. Although this was just before Christmas weekend, Josh assured me that if I went with Boulevard, they could install a new door within a couple of days after Christmas. Although I received another bid that was about $100 less, I felt more confident with Boulevard's presentation and long years of experience. True to their word, Boulevard's man Cong showed up on Thursday of Christmas week, on time, very professional, and got right to work. Josh joined him midday, and the two of them completed the work just before sunset. Josh then walked me through the new installation and demonstrated how everything functioned before departing. Boulevard Garage Doors did a great job repairing my door that got stuck closing today due to one of the wheels falling out of track. They dispatched Joshua same day on a Saturday no less. He explained the original failure (caused by improper installation by the home builder) and indicated that the door was not properly balanced either. I emailed them Saturday night and thought I didn't hear a response but they texted me (as requested) early Sunday AM. I called them bc I didn't see the text and they were informative and answered all my detailed questions. This wasn't a rush job so I took their next available appointment (which was the very next day). Valentino showed up and was super nice and recommended a few things, pointed to a few things and was very honest about stuff. To replace the rollers, replace the two springs with a long life (not the standard ones) and for his service charge it was around $550. Oh yeah, he also programmed my remote, took out dents at the bottom of the door, bolted things closer to the wall and was overall a really nice guy. I think it's a good price. They were very up front with it and it didn't change as he started his work. They also include a five and 9 year warranty. Right after I paid I got emailed a detailed line item receipt. Very fast service! Fixed our door in less than hour. We had them replace our opener a couple years ago as well and it went just as smooth.

Saturday morning we tried to open our garage door only to find that a spring had broken. We have lived in the house for 29 years and still have the original spring and garage door, which was very heavy and made out of wood. As garage door experts had replaced the motor three years earlier for us, we gave them a call. Before the end of the day Joshua had come out, diagnose the problem and we decided to have him replace the door as well as fix the spring. Six days later Joshua showed up on time for the appointment. He spent several hours all by himself removing the old door, track and springs and replacing it with a new one. The new door is much much lighter than the old one. It opens and closes easily without any squeaking or squealing. Joshua left the area clean when he finished. We felt that it was well worth the price. Joshua is very professional and easy to deal with. He even helped me reset the garage door opener app on my phone. Hopefully we won't need a new garage door in the foreseeable future. My garage door needs a tune-up. Called Boulevard Garage Doors and got an appointment on the same day. Valentino is very professional and experienced. He replaced all the old beaten-up rollers, tightened the bolts, lubricated hinges, and adjusted spring tensions. I am glad I ordered this service because some rollers are falling apart. I don't post many reviews but I had to show off Josh's work. We first met Josh at our last house when our door was almost off the track on a Sunday. I could not get my car out. He came out within an hour and was 100% honest in what we needed. He could have easily unsold us I thought the problem was bigger than it turned out to be. We just moved into a new home with 2 separate garages. The main garage door sounded like a blender when it opened. Josh replaced the motor, tracks, hinges and placed a weather seal. I am not exaggerating that the door is almost silent now. The motor has a camera and connects with our home automation. The big change was in our garage gym conversion. The original motor and track was in the way of the equipment and really closed off the space. Josh installed a high lift track and a side motor (which I did not know existed). As good as it gets! I called at 3:26pm to get our broken spring replaced on our garage door. Spoke to Joshua, the owner. He said he had the spring I needed on his truck and could fit me in as soon as he was done with 2 more service calls. As you can see from picture, I got a text immediately after we hung up confirming the appointment. Got another text at 5:22pm saying Joshua was on his way to our home. Joshua arrived a few minutes later, with a clearly marked work truck and a mask on and quickly went to work. He was done in less than an hour and checked me out on his iPad and emailed me a receipt.
