(1 star given because 0 not allowed for posting) Horrible, Horrible non-humans working here! At 11 p.m. I found a 24-hr. towing threat from this company tacked to my car parked in my apartment complex. I'm in midst of breast cancer treatment & just hadn't realized that my tags have expired. Suddenly noticed that the towing threat had been there since the night before (I hadn't been out all day due to a bad cold on top of all else). I immediately called the company and spoke with an incredibly rude and callous person. I explained that I'd just found the notice, & could she please just not have my car towed tonight. She said there was nothing she could do to prevent it, & that I would have to move my car off the apartment property (where I live) in order to avoid the tow. I said "Please?--it's 11 pm--It's freezing outside--I'm home with a terrible cold, & I'm also in treatment for terminal breast cancer right now--& I need my car in the morning to get to chemo." Now granted, given the caliber of non-human this person clearly revealed herself to be, instead of finding any shred of compassion within herself, she probably just assumed that I was lying about the cancer (I'm not)--but I know she could at least tell from my voice that I was totally sick with a cold as well. Still she insisted that I'd have to go out in the cold, at nearly midnite, sick with a cold & weak from cancer treatment, and move my car off the property. Honestly, at this point, I did get angry, & I told her that if they towed my car I'd sue the h*ll out of them. She hung up on me. I called back & asked for a manager & she said that she was the only one there--AND that she could dispatch NOT to tow my car, but now she wasn't going to because I was rude to her (never mind her cold rudeness to me prior to my reaching that point). I said "Really???--You're gonna make me go out there this late, in the cold, when you know my condition, or else you're gonna tow my car???" and she said yes. I said "You can't just give me till tomorrow to get the car updated?" and she said no. So I did then tell her exactly what I thought of her, hung up, & headed out at midnite, exhausted, feverish, & wheezing, and I moved my car. The nearest spot I could find is about 6 blocks away, as my apt. complex is located on a busy through-fare with no parking, so I had to go a ways into a whole other neighborhood before I found a parking spot. Then I had to walk back home from there, sick, exhausted & freezing at midnite. And tomorrow morning, I'll have to get up extra early so I can trudge all the way back there in the freezing cold so I can then drive to my chemo appointment. So as far as I'm concerned, that girl does deserve to burn in h*ll, because she totally knew my situation, & she totally could've called off the tow (and she told me she could), but she chose to be a heartless non-human instead. I'll leave the rest of what I wish for her to your imagination, but suffice to say Karma is real, & one day hers is going to burn her hard--& she will need help from someone who turns out to be just like her--a heartless non-human who COULD help, but just wouldn't read more
