Chris and the team did a fantastic job. My insurance company couldn't find a tow service after 3 hours and suggested I might have better luck outside their normal providers. I started calling around and got referred to Northside. They were polite and friendly on the phone, very professional and had my truck picked up and dropped at my house in less than an hour. Chris the driver was friendly and professional and dropped the truck exactly where I asked. Great service, fast, friendly, professional. 10/10 will use their services again. read more

My Jeep was in an accident on Friday, September 13th, 2019. Northside was called by the state police to tow my vehicle to their impound lot. I want to thank the owner of Northside for hiring thieves that clean out people's vehicles after accidents. I tried to remove as many of my valuables as possible, but when you suffered a head injury and the accident is 22 miles from home, it is difficult to gain your composure and remove any and everything of value, especially after an accident such as this. Very unprofessional on the phone. The ladies that work there gave me attitude over the phone for no reason. This place is a dump! It's very hard to find as there is no visible sign from Main St. They over charged me hundreds of dollars. Service Call $205 Administrative $150 Extra time $102.50 9 x $30 a day $270 Total $727.50 They had 3 or more motorcycles on site. So they obviously tow motorcycles regularly. It does not take extra time. To over charge $102.50 on a motorcycle tow is ludicrous. My budget on a tow is about $300. Because they overcharged from the start I was unable to get my vehicle out until my payday 9 days later. Real unhappy customer. read more

My boat had broken down and I called Northside Towing. Brian came out to help me. He went over and above the call of duty! He couldn't figure out what was wrong but told me he would not leave me stranded the lake! He stayed over an hour , jumped IN the water in his shorts to check the motor underwater! The whole time he was laughing , helpful and friendly. He suggested putting a "skate" under it so at least I could pull the boat out of the water. It was stuck under the motor as the transom did not seem to have power so the skate was stuck. I said I was going to call the boat guy in the morning and I would return the skate the next day. He was so sweet about the whole thing even though he had no experience with boats! Thank you and I will always be calling them for help! read more

I needed a tow this morning and these guys were recommended by the Ford dealer here in Longmont. They quoted me a better price than the other two companies I called. The driver who just came was really nice to me. When the car was ready, they called me to pick it up. But before I could get there, they called again, didn't have it ready. Finally ready. Charged me extra FOR THE BROKEN RADIO ANTENNA! IT WASN'T BROKEN WHEN IT WAS LOADED ONTO THE FLATBED AND TOWED OFF! Thanks for nothing. I do NOT recommend this company. read more
