Very insensitive, not helpful at all, rude and condescending. Was in an accident my car was towed, without a clue where my car was taken to. The police let us know it would be at this yard. When I arrived I called the sign at the gate, the a woman answered with hello, I let her know we were outside the gate, she just said "okay?" I then had to explain we are here to get the belongs out of the vehicle she stated it would be 100$ per hour to remove any belongs in the car unless it's medical devices. Stated insurance needs to call first. No explaining no advice not a single ounce of helpfulness. For having our vehicle it's pretty insane how rude and disgusting they treat their clients. If you're looking for a towing company i definitely would go anywhere else. And if your vehicle is here against your choice, good luck!! read more

I was in the middle of a coast to coast move when one of the wheels on my rental car carrier unfortunately bursted on the I-80 West. What was a stressful situation was actually made quite solvable thanks to Leeny at Superior Towing! She drove a replacement unit from Colorado to Nebraska in the middle of the night, consistently gave me updates on where she was, and all around had great customer service. She even helped me check to see if my new unit was working and how to hitch it back onto the truck as I had never done it before. One of my service vehicles broke down in the oilfield. The location was North-East of Kersey, CO. Juleen was able to locate us and load the truck onto a flatbed. The vehicle was taken to our shop and dropped off into one of the bays. Smooth as butter. Juleen had a great attitude even though it was getting late. It was a clear day in Greeley Colorado, we transported a school group to the collage and the driver was crossing one of the intersections near the collage and the roads were so bad with dips, the bus became high centered (yes the driver approached in the correct way, you can see other vehicles did the same thing many times over). SUPERIOR TOWING answered their phone, took my order and had a driver/truck on the way. My driver was able to return on time to pick up the group and be on their way. I called this company when needling a tow I was told that they have somebody there in 45 minutes and it took three hours in addition to that the dispatcher was extremely rude I was nothing but patient! I have a truck I needed to have the drive line disconnected to be able to tow it I was told by the dispatch that they're tow truck drivers are not mechanics and they only tow Vehicles. With vehicles this size the only way to tow Them is by removing the driveline is that the vehicle can get lifted in the front and towed down the road on the rear tires I was told that the hook fee and there was a Mileage fee. I told driver where to drop it and I did not follow when I got to the location of the drop point the vehicle was 10 feet in the way where it should've been and the driveshaft was still disconnected I was not aware or told by anybody that they were not putting the driveline back in so when I went in the start the vehicle drive the driveshaft was flopping all over the place. I called the tow company and asked her why and she proceeded to tell me that her tow truck drivers are not mechanics and they don't put the driveline back in the vehicle. The vehicle they towed was a tow truck I've been in the business for seven years worked with multiple companies in repossession and Impound's and worked with AAA other insurance companies and I have never come across a situation where we do not reinstall the driveline after a tow The liability factor is huge with no driveline in the vehicle there could be some serious damage done and without the customers knowledge of the driveline not being reinstalled things could've gone bad fast. So once again back to the dispatcher I reached out told her the situation and her response like I said was that they're not mechanics so I asked to speak with the owner and she proceeded to tell me that The owner is a working ownerAnd cannot get to the phone so I left a message with my phone number and she took the information down and I have had not one phone call back from this company I got to say extremely unprofessional just because they have the big tow trucks doesn't mean they're a good tow Company as an owner myself in the situation that I've been in if I didn't give customers a call back and try to talk and figure out why they're upset I feel like I shouldn't be in the position of an owner! Are a service provider it hard to spend money on a tow at least you know who we spend our good hard-earned money on services and who are out here busting our back for people providing services it sure would be nice to see the service industry reciprocate and take care of the own! Instead your rude disrespectful dispatching and an owner who doesn't care enough to even make a phone call to make it right all I wanted was someone to come put the driveline back in and unfortunately that still hasn't happened and I feel after paying the money or I pay then I shouldn't have to put it back in I feel like they should come out and handle it like a company should so at this time I highly highly recommend you go to another tow company to provide your service hopefully this review will help future customers from being disappointed by the services of this company! read more

the lady at the front was so rude, whether speaking to her on the phone or in person she had an attitude. this place is a joke, not efficient and just out for your money. get all your stuff from your car before it's towed from the scene of an accident. they wanted to charge me $1200 for me to get the stuff INSIDE my car because they waited at scene for 4 hours instead of coming back out when it was safe to remove the car. the car along with everything in it isn't even worth that much while let alone wrecked. If you have to use this company good fucking luck it's gonna suck. read more
