I was driving down the street when I hit a pothole and my CV axle broke. I drove past the first gas station thinking I could make it home when the noises got louder and the situation worse. I pulled into the next gas station and as I did so, I noticed a flatbed tow truck and approached. I asked the gentleman in charge, Bubba, about a tow, and he informed me that they were stationed out of Colorado and since we were in Wyoming, he was unsure of the legalities. As I start to walk away, disheartened and discouraged, Bubba stops me and says he will call his boss and see what he can do. I expected the worst, so I was getting ready for my trek in the cold with only a light sweater when he informed me that he was able to give me the tow I needed. What a lifesaver. He did everything by the books, took good care of my car and was also a wonderful conversationalist. All in all, hands down the best experience I have ever had with a tow company in my life. They've always done good work on my vehicles, and have shown integrity at every opportunity. At some other shops, you may feel pressured to do unnecessary work, but that's never a problem at Triad. They've only recommended things that were really needed. In fact, sometimes they've cleared up a minor concern or glitch and refused payment. (Compare that to many shops that charge $80 or more just to look at your car.) The people at Triad are consistently friendly and practical, and I'm happy to have them available as a mechanic shop I can trust. They are truly focused on treating customers like family.

When I arrived I called the sign at the gate, the a woman answered with hello, I let her know we were outside the gate, she just said "okay?" I then had to explain we are here to get the belongs out of the vehicle she stated it would be 100$ per hour to remove any belongs in the car unless it's medical devices. Stated insurance needs to call first. No explaining no advice not a single ounce of helpfulness. For having our vehicle it's pretty insane how rude and disgusting they treat their clients. The driver, Robert, showed up in about 20 minutes or less. He was very professional, reassuring, and made the job look easy. This wasn't your typical accident that goes through insurance. His driver talked so much sh*t about his boss for how much he charged me. He said if I had gotten dispatch she prolly would have charged me $90 or so. Moving forward to not even a month later, I had my bike towed to Harley 2miles from my house and I had called their sister company to come tow me, the sister company was to busy so they sent out All American again... the driver knew exactly who I was because he was appalled at how much his boss charged me as well!!! What kind of scandalous a** screws over someone just because he can?... never will I use them and I will spread the word not to use this company or their sister company.
