this is going to be probably like a three part complement. Earlier in the day I do Uber and I had a really bad day as I lost my uncle so I do Uber to keep myself busy. As the evening progress, I had a pick up over the Humane Society in Evans Colorado. I got stuck so I had to cancel out the ride and another one came through and I had to cancel that one. So I called the auto club and I talk to a woman who is quite rude to me, but she managed to get me a towing service and his name was Julius. He came out for about 20 minutes. He got my car unstuck as he did not want to get his truck stuck as the animal place does not plow the parking lot. I say kudos to this guy he save my night as I went forward to do two more Uber rides. I would add a picture, but I don't know where it's at read more

My truck broke down I'm from out of town. The driver was very professional and friendly. Loaded my truck like it was his personal truck. Service to me was speedy. If I ever need a tow again in Greeley I'll definitely be calling this company. read more

If I could give zero stars - I would!! After hitting two pot holes, & getting two blown tires with broken rims we had to go through USAA to get a tow. They stated they were "1.5 hours away" - this was at 5:30 pm. We waited and waited and WAITED. After 2 hours, we called who we think was the owner, or manager. We spoke to him about 5 different times in the span of the 5 HOURS we waited. USAA was also calling him for updates. He told us each time it would be about 10-15 mins. He also told us the driver would call us - which he never did! The last time my husband called him, he said he was in Windsor and that we would be next! After waiting so long, and my husband being way too nice - I finally called and complained. We then FINALLY had a call from the driver!! He said he was in LONGMONT and that he would get to us after that. What is the most irritating is how the man we spoke to gave us the run around - lying to us each time! Not only that, but he had zero customer service skills on the phone call, never apologized or asked how he could fix it. Even stating "well my driver will just drop everything and come to you!" In a sarcastic voice. USAA was very apologetic, and finally got us a Lyft - and they towed the car unattended to Weld County Garage. At 12:20 am! So it took the driver over 2 hours to get from Longmont, to East Greeley. I will never go through this company again! Zero care for their customers - and no help to make THEIR mistakes better. These guys are great, it's that simple. The driver had good energy; put me at ease leaving her my keys and trusting her to do the right thing, which she of course did. I didn't have cash for a tip, roadside emergencies happen that way sometimes. Didn't matter, wouldn't have changed anything as the service was superb. Undoubtedly would use these guys again, but here's to hoping I won't have to! read more

SUNDAY - I called AAA call for battery jump on Sprinter Van- Another Towing responded but was unsuccessful with the jump/couldn't get Van started. I asked if he could replace battery - The Tech said he did not have correct size battery and also they do not replace batteries in temps below 20 degrees, Well this was coldest weather we have had in quite awhile with below zero temps so I "kind of" understand. MONDAY- I called AAA again- this time for a tow since the battery was shot and temps were too cold for replacement service (according to tech). AAA dispatched this same company again - with an ETA of 11 AM then changed to 2PM then at 4PM I called and was advised it would be 5:30PM. Another Towing showed up at about 5:45 PM --- Tech said he didn't think he could tow my van - it may be too big and he needed help moving it. Tech asked if he could return TUESDAY morning first thing (7-8am) and tow to garage. I agreed to this because the van would just sit in my driveway until morning - also the garage would not be able to work on it until Tuesday AM). The tech took my key with him (my error) since he said he would be back first thing in the morning. TUESDAY- Another Towing Company is a no show---ALL DAY I called them at 10AM and told them they had my key.....Never heard back!!! Called AAA and the service call I had placed for a tow on Monday had been CLEARED! That meant I was starting over at the beginning at the end of the line. AAA called Another Towing Company late in the day and were apparently told Another Towing Company couldn't tow my van it was too big. Why wasn't that addressed right away rather than waiting until late in the day? I am supposed to be getting my Key for the vehicle by 6:30 Tuesday nite and AAA is contacting a different tow company to come and tow my van. I will never have a good word to say about ATC and plan on communicating the poor service to every outlet and every person I can. Terrible experience and it did not have to be that way...... learn to communicate with your customers. read more

I locked my keys in my car while at work at 11 pm. I called and was told someone would be there to unlock my car at 12:10 am. The time rolls around and no one is there. I waited awhile. Still no one. Called back my insurance company, was told they'd be there soon....still no one. My phone died. I'm a 20 year old female and I was alone in a parking lot waiting for a tow truck from a company IN GREELEY that ended up being an hour late. By the time the guy got here at 1 am I was crying because I was freaking out. and when he left he went "sorry for being late." and that was it. read more

Semelie arrived super quickly, worked and got the car loaded and unloaded even quicker.. She was Super friendly. Four stars because this business would not allow persons to ride along with vehicle do to covid-19. Still Semelie performed one of the fastest tow arrival I've seen. read more

PROGRESSIVE INSURANCE HOLDERS BEWARE: My car was towed the 15 miles that Progressive quoted me as a free tow. When the driver from Another Tow Company dropped my car at the dealership, he called and told me that I owed "$20 for the extra 5 miles." He was nice enough to let me go until the morning. I managed to borrow the extra $20 and when I asked at the window of ATC, where the extra 5 miles came from, (GPS showed that it was 15 miles exactly from the point of pick up to the point of delivery,) I was given the lame justification of, "Well see the insurance company tells you that it is 15 miles, but they will only actually cover 10 miles." Since it was a frustrating situation, I paid the money and left. I contacted Progressive and they confirmed that "15 miles is just that, 15 miles." The information of the "extra charge" was given to their fraud department along with the hope that they will use this company only as a last resort. I would have been happy to give a $20 tip if he would have been upfront about it. read more
