He was ready and available to meet me at my destination within 30 minutes, I was the one that had to set the appointment for later in the day, we set the appointment for 3 pm. The most on time tow company I have ever worked with, showed up at 3 on the dot! The car was in a garage with a flat tire, he aired the tire up for me and helped push it out the garage! He made sure to take extra care of the driveway, car and all on both pick up and drop off of the car. The entire drive to the destination you could see him continually checking the car to make sure everything was correct and wouldn't damage the car. There was a 15 mile drive to the destination (30 mins) and the whole process took an hour including the drive. He works fast but incredibly safe!! I couldn't recommend this company more!!!!

I am horrible with names but the young gentleman that pulled us out was not only professional and knowledgeable but truly one of the nicest human beings I have met in a long time. After getting us roadside, he had us follow him to a safe parking area and checked my van over for damage and tried to fix the rear bumper that had pulled loose. We operate a program for disabled adults, we had Mobile wrench out to perform a DOT inspection, and…read moremake repairs as necessary on a small bus. They ended up needing to do a brake job, simple enough. We drove the small bus less than 4000 miles before things started to fall apart. I bolt securing the brake caliper bracket came out and caused damage to the rotors, and brakes forcing us to get the work done again. I submitted a claim with Mobile Wrench with pictures of the damage before we had it repaired with another shop. The Shop we had the issue diagnosed at insured us that this could only happen due to the negligence and carelessness of a bad brake job. After waiting almost 2 months they reached out and told us we didn't follow up with them first to inspect it and therefore they will not cover any of the additional expenses that they caused us to have. None of this was disclosed when I originally called to explain the situation. Staffs lack of knowledge of how to handle the situation was evident. Take your business elsewhere!
