From our first…read moremeeting, he was a pleasure to work with, easy to communicate with, dependable, and genuinely invested in making sure every aspect of the project was done right. He took the time to understand our vision, offered creative solutions along the way, and consistently delivered on every commitment. Our project included a new ipe deck, a rebuilt upper patio, installation of a large sliding glass door, modifications to our existing barbecue area to accommodate the new elevation, and renovations to our fireplace. Adrian approached every phase of the project with exceptional craftsmanship, creativity, and meticulous attention to detail. He communicated with us throughout the process, kept us informed every step of the way, never cut corners, and took great pride in the quality of his work. The finished result exceeded our expectations and transformed our outdoor space into a beautiful extension of our home that we look forward to enjoying for many years to come. We especially appreciated how seamlessly Adrian coordinated with our interior flooring contractor to ensure the installation of the new sliding door and hardwood flooring came together perfectly. (A quick shout-out to Randy, Michelle and the amazing team at Custom Flooring Specialists for working together so seamlessly.) We feel incredibly fortunate to have found Adrian and Trinity Outdoor Design. It's rare to find a contractor with this level of talent, integrity, professionalism, and commitment to excellence. Thank you, Adrian, and the entire Trinity Outdoor Design team for your hard work and dedication. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and wholeheartedly recommend Trinity Outdoor Design to anyone looking for exceptional craftsmanship, outstanding communication, and a contractor who truly cares about delivering an exceptional finished product.

He came prepared with lots of information and documentation at our initial meeting. He was very quick to respond and he had an idea for the layout that no one else had thought of. Once things got rolling our project manager was Chuck and I can't speak highly enough of him. He and his team were very professional and everything was completed to our expectations and in some cases beyond. Chuck did a great job of always checking to make sure things were done the right way and if he thought it wasn't good enough he made sure it got done to his standards. He is without a doubt the best contractor I've ever worked with. As far as budget and timeline goes the only things that went over budget were things that we decided to change or upgrade. The timeline also went as expected. Before they even started they gave us an estimate but also told to expect some delays. We expected it to be done by the end of the summer and it was. I would most definitely recommend Empirical Construction for any project and if we need any work done in the future I'll be giving them a call.

Shortly after, I received a response from the business advising me that they did not currently have the capacity for our project. Understanding the circumstance, but also willing to wait for the right team, I responded and asked the business to let me know if that changed in the future, as we have several projects in our home and are hoping to bring the same team aboard for all of them. I then received the attached response offering a completely different explanation than before. Rather than acting with integrity, the business elected to tell a lie, as the project was likely not lucrative enough for them. I made no reference to my budget, but the business assumed I would not be interested in paying their prices. I would like to offer a two-star rating, though, as the communication was quite prompt.

We wanted the work done before exterior paint (all our painters also complimented Bosco's work). They also did some work on an exposed brick wall inside, which turned out very nice. We had Bunn & Sons do a major addition to our house... a main-floor mother-in-law suite including a…read morehandicapped accessible bathroom and walk-in closet as well as a reconfiguration of our garage to keep the 3-car capability. It was a very good experience. The Bunn & Sons crew is very cleanly. They clean up every day. We were given progress pictures every day. The online project schedule (5 months) was kept current, and while some things moved around a bit, as should be expected, the end date actually moved in. Creating a plan, a detailed plan for such a large project takes a great deal of work. It did not come free, but in our view, the old adage of "You get what you pay for" holds true. We wanted confidence in the estimate that was provided, and that is exactly what we got. This was a huge project for us, and we could not have Bunn & Sons coming back telling us that framing, plumbing, flooring, roofing, demolition, foundation concrete, electrical, etc would cost more than they estimated. The project was completed on budget, a week early and with excellent quality, and it looks like it was always part of the house rather than an addition that sticks out like a sore thumb. It does not get better than that. Before and after pictures, below.

Totally disappointed in their work. Hired them to finish an outside brick project, along with a…read morekitchen backsplash and interior fireplace wall. Their attention to detail is horrible. The kitchen backsplash has Grout lines with 2 different colors after they "cleaned the brick". They blamed it on the chemicals they used on one section and that they couldn't rinse it with a hose (it's a kitchen of course you can't use a hose), the grout lines are very messy, and mortar on face of brick that they can't get off. The fireplace surround looks absolutely horrible. Some areas are out of level by over 1/2" in a 12"w span, unnecessary large gaps against a wall, and left the face of bricks full of mortar. They have stopped responding to correct the problems. Basically wasted over $2,500 in brick costs, not including the cost to repair the walls once it is torn down. Totally unprofessional company.
