Not only was she rude, but she was insulting the minute I asked about sending an online payment versus driving an hour and a half for a $30 background/credit check. Veteran day was two days ago. This woman makes me wish I'd never served 14 honorable years. Do this country a favor, and put businesses like this, OUT OF BUSINESS. A lot of times when you don't get your deposit back timely that is the owners doing and not the property managers. There are laws to protect renters when you are dealing with security deposits.
