In any case, I moved out June 2026 and have not received my deposit back. I sent Juan photos of a spotless apartment and left the keys behind. I'm a grad student drowning in loans and R&J can't be bothered to respond to anything. $1k gone.

If this is how they handle inquiries from someone eager to rent, I can only imagine how difficult it must be for tenants or owners to get a timely response.
