After doing my research we decided to go with Good Life and I am so glad we did they made the process very easy. Malissa Martinez was my onboarding point of contact and I have to say she was very attentive, responsive and professional. She answered all my questions and kept me informed the next steps in the process. Emails came in daily with the updates that had been completed at my home in order to be put on the market. After that my property managment team consisted of Andrei Lechert- Kelly, Gerald Medalla and CJ Flores. Again, more professionalism with this team. Once the property was ready and we agreed on the rental price my home was listed on a Wednesday and by that weekend, Saturday, we have the home rented. It's been 5 months and I have no complaints. They have really taken care of everything and I haven't had to worry about a thing since. Highly recommend Good Life. 10 outta 10.

With me living out of state, Jeffrey handled the transition to his care and my tenants needs without me having to do much more than provide a few details and a phone call. As my property manager, Jeffrey ensured my tenants and I were all taken care of and never treated as a number. When it came time to sell my house, he rolled right into it with superior speed and enthusiasm. With the virus lock-downs, I was unable to travel to aid with selling my house. Jeffrey took care of every conceivable issue and treated me and my house as a friend and as his home. He nailed it on choosing the right date to list, the exact price to list for, and the perfect offer to accept. He set the market for my neighborhood, got my high asking price, and closed on time with zero headaches. I feel lucky for having had an amazing Realtor when I bought my house and for lightning striking twice with Jeffrey selling my house. Knowing what you do not know is the truest measure of wisdom and why we hire professionals. Be wise enough to put your faith in Jeffrey's instincts and let him treat you and your home with the best of care.

Because he knew exactly how to stage it, paint it, and present it. I also was able to receive far more in the sale than expected! (And in today's market, this is unheard of!) I was out of the country for the entire month of escrow, and Jeffrey handled everything. I came back into the country, signed the final papers and collected my large check! I wouldn't believe this if I hadn't experienced it myself! But in addition to all of the above, Jeffrey went far beyond the call of duty to help me out with my renters in my other property, willing to meet and greet them at midnight, later dealing with necessary repairs. Needless to say, I cannot say enough about Jeffrey ONeal. He's such a sincere, hard working, communicative realtor, who deserves the ultimate success in his industry. I have bought and sold properties over the last 40 years, so this is not to say I lack experience with realtors! However I would never repeat business with any of them. I have other properties to sell and another to buy; without a doubt, every transaction will be done with Jeffrey.

Unfortunately, we allowed a friend to steer us toward the wrong agent, which ultimately cost us six months with nothing to show for it. This time, we did our homework and interviewed five different agents. Ryan stood out because of his persistence, thorough follow-up, and clear strategy for overcoming our home's previous overexposure on the market. He truly was available 24/7, just as promised, and delivered an offer we didn't think was possible. Even when a difficult inspection threatened to put us back at square one, Ryan remained calm and immediately brought in several affordable tradespeople to address the issues. He was the glue that held the entire transaction together and never stopped working on our behalf. We wish we could give Ryan more than five stars. He is truly incredible at what he does. A special shoutout to Donna and Julianna as well, they were equally fantastic throughout the entire process!

Fair warning if you are trying to rent somewhere that uses this company. The woman in charge of…read moreapplication approvals has no clue how to read credit. I was denied due to, and I quote, "Every account being at or near its limit". Mind you, I spent the last 10 years pulling and submitting credit to lenders myself, so when I got the copy of my credit she was referring to, I noticed there was no section on the report that showed account limits, just the maximum balance that was ever held on said accounts and what the current balance was. I proceeded to try to explain to her that "Highest balance held" and "Account Limit" werent the same thing, which she then argued with me about, while telling me that my card with a 20k limit and 3k balance was maxed out. I called and tried to find someone else to speak to, in hopes I'd run across someone that was more proficient at reading credit reports, and while I did get a hold of her boss, I experienced the exact same issue with her, insisting they knew what they were doing as they both used to be lenders themselves. I can see why they aren't any longer. I can't tell if this is intentional in order to collect application fees or if it is really is just asinine levels of professional gross negligence. Being denied due to legitimate credit requirements or lack of income or rental history is one thing, but having time and money wasted just to be denied due to someone's inability to do their job properly, is pretty irritating, especially as someone that has multiple satisfied auto loans, credit cards, personal loans, and a mortgage, all with flawless payment history. Hopefully whoever runs the company pays for some better training for their company's(and renters) sake, because my entire experience with them was depressingly amateur.
