Well, so good, I'm compelled to write this review as it's the only way I can think to thank them properly. From pre-visit communications to the warm staff that treats you like an old friend, to their timely appointments and follow-ups, every aspect is exceptional, and that's not even going into the exceptional, thorough in-office care. It's a strange feeling, but they make you feel like your time is more important than theirs. Never was I waiting, never was I not receiving care. Dr. Britt spent calm, relaxed time with me and only left because I had to go. That's right. I ended the appointment. I initially balked at the two-hour first appointment, but. But this is not an old-fashioned, old-timey dentist evoking the care of a bygone era. They are on the cutting edge of technology, with gleaming spacious offices, effortless chairside charisma, and sparkling equipment. They are like the five-star restaurant, luxury hotel, and first-class international flight of dentistry. I truly feel lucky to be their patient, and to have experienced a business that not only exceeds all expectations in the medical field, but sets the bar for all businesses, period. Dr. Britt's practice provided me with the highest quality diagnostics and dental care that I could find in this area. The entire office works together to help patients deal with dental issues and treatment. The diagnostics for me were very thorough and were able to locate problems that were getting to be more serious if left unaddressed. I was impressed with the availability of the latest in high tech equipment and procedures. From diagnostic evaluation to expert treatment, Dr. Britt used advanced treatment options and the latest available technology to make my dental care effective and with minimal pain, soreness and inconvenience. I was able to have three crowns replaced in a single visit. I was very grateful to have such a difficult problem taken care of so quickly and expertly. But I'm also sure that this practice is just as effective in treating less demanding cases than mine. The office staff, including the dental assistants, are well trained, professional and very helpful and friendly. From scheduling to post treatment follow-up, the office support is well organized, very helpful and efficient. All in all, I would recommend Dr. Britt's practice at the five-star level. Dr. Britt and his team are fantastic, from the front desk staff, to hygienists, and assistants. Being in the office is a wonderful experience. It is a clean and relaxing environment, and everyone is super friendly. Dr. Britt recently created and executed a plan to address several issues with my teeth including alignment, chipping, a dental implant, and cosmetic improvements. This was a complex series of procedures involving many appointments. Dr. Britt explained the plan thoroughly with a focus on optimizing the order of my Invisalign, crowns, and whitening. He even coordinated with my oral surgeon to send flowers after my surgery. All of the work has been performed to a very high level of quality, ensuring the result I am looking for while considering what is best for my long term dental health. My daughter had an unfortunate interaction with a mini golf club and was experiencing pain and discomfort in her jaw. We weren't sure about next steps, considered going to the ER, but then thought maybe we should call our dentist, Dr. Britt. Even though it was the end of their work day, the office had us come right in. Dr. Britt examined her, got on the phone with an oral surgeon, had a rather thorough conversation with him. The decision was made to skip the expense and radiation of an X-ray at the office today and gave us a referral to the oral surgeon's office for tomorrow, at which time she would receive a more extensive scan. Everyone in the office was great, from the lovely woman at the front desk who took our call, the hygienist who got her settled in and Dr Britt who was kind, compassionate and very reassuring.
