    Beautiful trails are so bicycle-friendly!

Cruising on two wheels is THE BEST way to get around town! I had a blast while sightseeing. Not only is the service fantastic but so are the people that power it. After my ride, I had a small issue with the app and Erica helped me figure it out over email. She was prompt and kind, and that goes a long way with me. I highly recommend Boulder B-Cycle!

Haha, I enjoy the delicious frustration of the folks who left one-star reviews because they attend the Derek Zoolander Center For Kids Who Can't Read Good. IGNORE THE HATERS: B-CYCLE IS AMAZING. First of all, I can't believe it is so cheap and you get it for a whole hour of riding before you have to check it back in. At our location back home in Indianapolis, you only get 20-30 min. And yes, if you bring it back after the hour, you are fined. So stay near h here other check in and check out bike racks - all you have to do is pop it in, listen for the beep, then rent it again. With the 24-hour access (if you do the day pass), you have to check it in every hour but you can immediately check it out again and keep riding. Unsure of where the bike racks are? There may be a map on a bike or use the website or the app. The last two show how many bikes are available at each dock and how many open docks there are (because there's nothing worse to getting close to that hour deadline and ending up at a bike rack with no spots). The bikes are in good condition. I like the basket up front to help store my items. There are dozens of stations all over Plan your route, and enjoy. But remember that there are hilly areas and you may get a killer workout.

Regardless, lost of students think it's messed up for the $10 fee to be required after $70 has already been charged in their tuition for 'Bike/Bus'. However, your $10 also goes towards help finding your bike if it gets stolen, free repairs and maintenance, discounts on bike stuff, etc. All it would take for the CU Spin Doctor Club, or whatever, to regain student favor would be a case of reframing. $10 required to park bike on campus? Whack. Don't advertise that. But, $10 investment for totally free bike repairs and maintenance for the rest of your time as a student, plus discounts on essentials like tubes? Sweet! Wallpaper every advertising space on campus with that deal! Especially since their maintenance staff is actually really competent compared with all the other bike shops in Boulder. In my previous review, I described in detail the incompetence of Full Cycle. (You can also find my opinion of University Bicycles somewhere on Yelp.) The bike station, however, fixed Full Cycle's mistakes in less than a half hour. My bike is now running better than it has since I first bought it. Thank you, Bike Station. Now find a way to repurpose your advertising budget.

I question the attention to detail as when I got the bike back - the rear shifter didn't shift, turns out I needed to update the firmware, which is fine. - How does done one test derailleur adjustments if the shifter was out of commission (needed a firmware upgrade) the whole time.

They did not listen to our requirements, and very little inventory to look at. Enter the new TREK store in Boulder. Bright, tons of inventory, and an amazing sales person named Amy. She immediately started asking lots of questions about my biking skills and anticipated riding plans. She explained the features of a few options, and loaned us helmets for a test drive. She didn't steer us to the most expensive, but instead recommended a model on sale from last year. She clearly was knowledgeable about biking from personal experience, and we trusted her recommendations. And, she was very hands on, even helping to load the new bike into the car. We knew that this store supported the Boulder Bicycle Club with a discount. It was very clear that this store wants to be part of the Boulder community. Excellent experience....well done.
