Well, instead of the usual tortilla chips, they lined the bottom with house made potato chips. Then it was layered with sausage, sauerkraut, tomatoes, beer mustard, onion jam, green onions, and cheddar cheese. What a great taste! We followed that up with Sushi Bites, which was a bit (or make that a bite) on top of crispy rice rounds, guacamole, sushi grade poke salmon, pickled ginger, and much more. Great flavor. For the entree, my wife and I shared the Chili Garlic Salmon. As you can tell by the name, the perfectly cooked Scottish Salmon was served over Coconut Jasmine Rice, and grilled Asparagus with Micro Greens. My cousin and wife each had Cod. This came with Miso Sauce, Japanese Wasabi, Mashed Potatoes, Snow Peas, Red Bell Peppers, Arugula, Carrots, and Micro Greens. They couldn't stop raving about it. Club management tends to let kids slide on bad behaviors, watches groups of kids throwing rocks at bunnies (young rabbits) and does nothing, and teenagers frequently driving golf carts around the club drinking alcohol (especially on holidays with fireworks viewable at the course, it's carts packed with teens drinking). There is a common lack of respect for the game of golf with little help from management; teenagers riding carts at high speed for one. Highly recommend, amazing kid amenities at the restaurant (kids eat free Tuesdays!! Buffet!!) excellent social value. Just be prepared to play with folks who learned golf etiquette from Tiger Woods. Look elsewhere for true adult golf "by the rules" experience, but this is as family as you can get with no rules enforced. Views are endlessly beautiful and course well maintained. Excellent for bird watching!

I'm here pretty much every Wednesday night, when they host a circus jam from 8:30 until 11. For a five dollar donation, you have access to a beautiful, warm, and *huge* studio lined with mirrors to practice doing whatever makes you happy. There is always some nice music playing, and I've heard talk of getting a DJ for the summer months. An added bonus is all the awesome and friendly people you'll be sharing the space with. This is an amazing resource for people who don't want to give up their hooping/spinning for the winter because of the cold. Come have fun with us!
