I declined the offer of sugar in my latte, and the bitterness mellowed out once I stirred in the milk foam. I was surprised to prefer the roulé with mustard & cheese over the pizza one; I think the tomato sauce fought the flaky texture, while the cheese enhanced it. Zero complaints about the apricot & almond braid. If I had brought more Euros with me, I probably would've tried some tartlets too. read more
