Both Dr. Rubin and Dr. Parnes are fantastic/amicable and almost make appointments feel like you are touching base with a good friend. I also brought my daughter here and they are meticulous when it comes to her braces (and I have diagnosed OCD, so you know I'm picky!). She loves coming in because they've created a beautifully decorated surroundings (even bubble gum wall paper) with fun word finds, etc to amuse the children while they wait. I still recall they sent my little one home with a pint of Handel's icecream after having her expander placed! What a kind gesture! I was facing braces at 25 years old and was not happy about it, but the lovely people at Phamily Orthodontics took their time to make sure I understood all the options and pros & cons for each. I decided to go with Invisalign and in 11 months, they corrected my overbite and straightened my teeth beautifully. Each appointment went smoothly, hardly any waiting time at all.
