I was a bit sad that the son doctor took care of my son this time and told him "Don't throw them on the wall or ceiling because they will stain". I told my son to stop but I probably should have said "Why give them to kids then".

After taking x-rays and photos and an oral evaluation, Dr. Goldfine determined I did not need a crown. I appreciated his honesty and his thorough explanation of why it was not needed. Dr. Goldfine is personable, has a good sense of humor and is very knowledgeable. You cannot go wrong with Dr. Goldfine and he is well worth the trip from Center City to City Line Avenue.

The entire office is super clean and well designed. I've had orthodontic work with Dr. Roberts twice, once as a teen and later as an adult. Orthodontics is an art and Dr. Roberts is extremely gifted. Not only did he straightened my teeth but he also reshaped them perfectly at the end of each of my treatments. He's someone that other doctors go to when they need orthodontic work done, which speaks volumes. As an adult, I needed minor work done but foolishly consulted with other offices in the area - one was extremely predatory and the other I went with b/c they gave me a great price for Invisalign at the time. I now know that it was a mistake. The office just focused on straightening my teeth without considering the overall aesthetics, whereas Dr. Roberts actually wants you to walk away with a beautiful smile (not just straight teeth). Fast forward 10 years later, I needed additional orthodontic work after a major fall accident. I thought I would need surgery to fix the dental extrusion but my dentist recommended that I go back to Dr. Roberts whom she knew had a lot of experience with cases like mine. At my consultation, Dr. Roberts took one look at me and guaranteed that he could have me looking better within 24 hours. I didn't believe him, but lo and behold he was right! The other thing I REALLY appreciated was while other doctors pushed for an immediate root canal, Dr. Roberts was the only one who prioritized my discomfort and well-being and the fact that I could not close my jaw properly after the fall and was unable to eat because of the extruded tooth. When I asked for his opinion about the root canal, before I needed to further explain myself on why I wanted to wait, he said, "Well, you have to be able to eat first!" His focus was my comfort and he also gave me hope that everything was going to be okay - and he was right. Dr. Roberts not only gave me back my smile, he improved it beyond my expectations.

He put a permanent retainer on my top and lower front teeth, and they haven't budged at all. I had a dentist appointment yesterday, in fact, and the doctor said, "I'd be willing to bet you'll never lose a tooth in your life." Without Dr. Roberts expertise, I definitely wouldn't be in the position I am today. Not to mention that he's hilarious and the adjustment appointments were nothing short of enjoyable. I've recommended him to anyone and everyone I know who needed orthodontic work - I went from hating my teeth to them being my best asset!

I must have changed my appointment date multiple times, and they accommodated me through each one. I'm also in a weird insurance position; my insurance & "main" ortho are both in a different state. They took all of my information, worked with me through what my orthodontist needed. When I move back to PA, there's no other ortho I'd think of going!
