Dr. Cook has a great knowledge of the eye and all that entails and in his ability to make his findings well understood by the patient. There is no time constraint when he is with his patient. He is very personable and puts the patient at ease, feeling that he is in the best caring hands available. I am a retired Registered Nurse and am perhaps very alert to how I am cared for. I can tell you, without reservation, I have never had better care or felt more trusting in what I am told in regard to my condition. I cannot recommend him high enough. Afterwards, I felt like I'd been on an eye assembly line! Next!!! For this visit, Dr. Reeves came in, looked at my "chart" and looked at my eyes and he talked. He patiently answered all of my questions. He also took the time to discuss a genetic eye disease that I just found out that I have. From beginning to end, I was treated like a special patient and when I left the clinic I was totally at peace with the care I'd just received. After waiting for over an hour, I asked about how much longer is the wait. She checked and said there are three more people ahead of you. Due to what the Dr needs to do I cannot give an idea of how much longer you will have to wait. I said: "Apparently the doctor doesn't want to see me. Goodbye." Though the doctor is good. Don't go unless you are ready to wait for up to two hours after your appointment time.
