I moved around 3 other appointments as I too am a busy professional. Yet, I got there, got the tests and drops and then was left waiting for 45 minutes and after they let others see the doctor who had come in and gotten drops 20 mins. later than me, I said something. The young lady was too busy eating and gave me a dirty look which was smug for a young lady. This is either poor practice management (no excuse when AI and other tools allow for accurate scheduling), a general culture of disrespect, or simply a young male eye doctor's arrogance. Dr. Khan seems to have lost control of his schedule and staff. This type of mismanagement may be acceptable to you. I am sure he is a good doctor, but I am good at my profession also, but would not treat clients this way. They want you to be on time, but they are not.

The other doc was abrupt and impatient and he didn't want me to ask any questions. His demeanor indicated that he just wanted to check my eyes and get on to his next patient. Afterwards, I felt like I'd been on an eye assembly line! Next!!! For this visit, Dr. Reeves came in, looked at my "chart" and looked at my eyes and he talked. He patiently answered all of my questions. He also took the time to discuss a genetic eye disease that I just found out that I have. From beginning to end, I was treated like a special patient and when I left the clinic I was totally at peace with the care I'd just received. I've already recommended Dr Reeves to a friend, who's already made an appointment to see him.
