The receptionist was very friendly, and so were the nurses. This was the third time we met with the OD, Paven Korotana. She was nice and professional. She answered every question we had and was patient and thorough. The entire office was clean and tastefully decorated and followed the same color code as the two other Woolfson locations. Overall, it was a pleasant visit. My only complaint about Woolfson is that we have had to, in addition to the surgery, we had to drive to three different locations to catch a doctor.

We had all the testing needed at our ophthalmologist a week before we went for this appointment. But instead of doing as asked they came up with diagnoses so they could increase their charges. Instead of the copay stated by our insurance we were billed hundreds of dollars more. This doctors office is a new, very expensively decorated, over-staffed office that tries to push very high dollar glasses on their patients that are actually lower quality. They take advantage of people with insurance. Especially Medicare.
