It was my first lip filler treatment and I thought it was normal. I waited a few years for it to go away on its own and now that It's 2026 and I have gotten lip filler treatment from a different provider I have noticed a big difference. It really does depend on what provider u go to for lip filler , Tiffany is such a nice person but I don't think I will go to her for lip fillers.

I am so happy that Adela was recommended to me for my cosmetic needs!…read moreI've been struggling with eye bags/puffiness for years and was even ready for a surgery. After the initial consultation, Adela assured me that I do not need the surgery and the prp injections would be the best solution for my issues. Everything went smoothly and Adela made sure that I felt comfortable and informed throughout the whole process. I was bruised for about 2 weeks afterwards but when the discoloration went away, I was left very happy with the results. My eye bags are now reduced for at least 50%! The prp injections at Devine Image are pretty expensive but what you are paying for is high quality work. I will be going back to see Adela whenever I feel that I need more help :)

Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the outcome of my breast augmentation and with the level of follow-up support afterward. I had surgery on May 5, 2025. Around 4-5 months post-op, I began noticing significant asymmetry developing. By the time I returned for my follow-up appointment in September, the issue had already become very noticeable. At this point, I developed capsular contracture on my left side, causing the breast to feel hard, tight, and unnatural. On the right side, the implant dropped significantly lower than the left, creating visible asymmetry and uneven nipple positioning. I also experienced poor scar healing around my right areola, with the scar remaining thick, raised, and persistently itchy nearly a year later. To be fair, Dr. Kosins did acknowledge the asymmetry during my September appointment, discussed revision options with me, and his office provided information regarding the Allergan warranty coverage. I understand capsular contracture is a known risk of breast augmentation surgery and not necessarily the result of negligence. However, what left me disappointed was the lack of continued follow-up and support afterward. After the initial discussion regarding revision options and warranty information, there was no further outreach, follow-up phone call, scheduling assistance for next steps, or even scheduling of my one-year post-op appointment/check-in. As a patient navigating an upsetting complication less than a year after surgery, that absence of communication left me feeling unsupported and alone in the process. I never expected perfection, and I understand complications can happen with any surgery. But when complications do occur, communication, reassurance, and aftercare matter just as much as the surgery itself. Patients deserve to know not only how successful outcomes are handled, but also how they are supported when results do not go as planned.

Dr. Kosins only spent a few minutes with me and said that the only problem with me is that my valve collapses. I asked him a lot of other questions and found him dismissive. Since seeing him I've had a CT scan done by another doctor. My scan shows that the cartilage on my tip is separated. I also have a bony spur. The side of my nose was pushed in so far by Dr. Reich that my turbinates are now touching the septum, blocking breathing. It also appears that I have an open roof deformity. I'm sad to say that Dr. Kosins does not really do thorough evaluations and really care about breathing. If you have a fine nose and just want some cosmetic work, then he might be a good doctor, but if you have breathing issues, I would stay away.

My face had already started bothering me my cheeks were dropping, my laugh lines were getting deeper, and the area around my mouth was making me look tired and sad. I didn't want to wait another 10 years to finally do something about it. I wanted to do it now so I could enjoy the results now and hopefully help slow down some of the visible signs of aging. Because Dr. Choi had performed my eyelid surgery 10 years ago , I already had confidence in his skill and approach. Dr. Choi guided me through the entire process of a deep plane/SMAS facelift, answered my questions, and helped me feel comfortable and informed throughout the experience. I'm very pleased with my results. My jawline is more defined, my face looks refreshed, and the lines around my mouth have softened significantly while still maintaining a natural appearance. I'm really happy I decided to do this for myself now instead of waiting until I was older. I feel refreshed, but I still look like me.

When I asked for photos of people with similar cases like mine he pretty much brushed me off & suggested I visit their website for photos. Why would I do that if you're literally right in front of me hahah. Show me photos educate me you're the surgeon who I may potentially pay thousands and thousands to perform this procedure. Anyways after our rushed procedure the sales team gets a hold of me lol and they just went right into pricing .. didn't ask me about the consult didn't even introduce themselves I was shocked !!! The whole experience came off rushed and very sales driven. I even expressed that to the sales girls) I really believe if the surgeon took his time explaining things and behaved like someone who cared about me instead of my $$ this would have been a totally different experience. People are coming to you to spend tons and tons of money. They're not an inconvenience as soon as they want questions answered, very unprofessional. The 2 stars is for that fact that he doesn't charge a consult fee (shocking )

Looking back now, I truly wish I had…read moredone more research before getting plastic surgery or had been more informed about breast augmentation in general. Unfortunately, I am still suffering from the results over 10 years later and cannot afford to repair the mistakes. I continue to have a double bubble issue on both breasts. After my first surgery, I experienced complications and developed a hematoma. I later went back in to fix the issues, but the outcome remained the same. What has been most difficult is that I was never offered a proper solution, revision support, or even a meaningful follow-up conversation about next steps. I paid over $8,000 for a surgery that has left me deeply insecure for more than a decade. I avoid bikinis, feel uncomfortable in my own body, and honestly feel heartbroken over the results. I have since consulted with other surgeons who explained that the implant placement was not done correctly, which likely contributed to the double bubble deformity and overall appearance. They also explained what would be required to repair the damage, but I simply cannot afford another $10,000 surgery. I am sharing this because, for years, I stayed quiet. I tried to be polite, not bother anyone, and even blamed myself. But now at 36, I've reached a breaking point and feel it's important to speak honestly about my experience. I hope women take the time to research thoroughly, meet with multiple surgeons and not go to the first surgeon they google like I did and ask difficult questions, and really think through their decision before moving forward. This was the first place I went to, and I trusted them completely. I miss my old self and appearance. The results have affected my confidence for years, and I hope one day I can afford to fix them. This is simply my personal experience, but I also wish the office had reached out over the years, checked on me, or acknowledged that the surgeries were not successful. I still have all the surgery paperwork and amount I paid, I look it and just wish there was an attempt to correct the mistakes or issues -Daisy
