If your looking for Rose Bush color variations come here. I spent all day looking for a coral colored rose bush as a memorial for my grandma and this was the last place we tried.
Thankfully they had 3! And a wide variety of other colors too, more then anywhere else. The employee seemed to know how each rose would bloom and discussed several colors and how they evolved as they opened. Home depots Rose's looked sickly and wilted, I wasn't about to buy those. Two other nurseries just did not have what I was looking for only carrying limited colors mostly red, white and pink. Another simply didn't carry Rose's at all.
The pansies here were also huge and beautiful. I was surprised at the variety and health of the plants here. Everywhere I looked I discovered something I would like to take home. I found the most healthy strawberry plants ever here, I may be back for some.
I have to admit I thought this place was gonna be small and disappointing, fortunately I was wrong. If your a Durango local, don't underestimate this place. I know it isn't as well known at Native Roots or as big as Durango Nursery but the selection is good, the plants are healthy, and the employees were helpful and knowledgeable. read more
