The plants always look like the have really been taken care of with minimal effort. The staff helped us pick out several plants and helped load the plants. We also picked out several pine trees to be loaded on to our trailer. It is always fun to come check out all of the new plants in bloom! I like this place, pretty good bang for the buck!

I go to the garden center at 9:30 am on a nice day in the spring to get garden soil and compost and…read morethe register there is closed and the gate is locked. So I go in main door and back into garden center dragging the flat heavy cart. I get about 10 bags on the cart, about 300 pounds or so and have to drag it all the way to the opposite side of the store to pay for it. Maybe when you go you'll get lucky and the garden center register and gate will be open and an employee will offer to help. I probably will shop elsewhere next time.

The woman said they were receiving a shipment in and could make the bouquet requested. I met up with her just outside of my friend's work so that I could deliver them to her. When the woman showed up, the bouquet was NOT AT ALL LIKE THE PICTURE. There were no pink or red anything. It was purple, yellow, and some flowers were even broken already! I called the next day to complain about my service and the arrangement I had ordered. Not only was it not what I had asked for in regards to colors, but I was also over charged from the quote online. As I was telling the woman over the phone about my complaint she replied " I am working on a funeral right now, I don't have time for this s**t," before I was rudely hung up on. No answer when I called back. NEVER give them your time or your money because they obviously do not care about anything. WORST FLORIST EVER.
