The man on the phone suddenly became suspicious and started speaking to him like he was a police officer or a narc, which was completely uncalled for and honestly quite off-putting. What makes it worse is that the exact products he asked about are clearly listed on their website for anyone to see. So, the attitude of the man speaking with my husband - and his defensiveness - made (and still makes) absolutely no sense. If you're going to advertise late hours, you should be prepared to speak to customers professionally during those hours. Customer service like this is a great way to lose business, and we won't ever be returning.
