During the occasion I was at the mall (rare), I was looking for gifts for my sister for her birthday and then randomly strolled upon this unique store. Walking inside, the owner asked me if I was looking for anything in particular and I just stated that I was browsing and just looking at what they had. I really liked the wide assortment of different charms and minerals/crystals they had in the store. I ended up buying a small elephant figure and was happily greeted by the owner upon checkout. This seemed like a pretty nice family run business that had the very interesting items you may want to look into. Would recommend at least taking a look if you're at the mall! read more

Not to pile on top but I was there today and the staff was unhelpfully 'helpful'. Know what I mean? I went in, and of course I was looking for some possible gifts for the family. Get greeted, no problem, said I was looking. Lady didn't let up. I tried being neutral about it, giving one word answers. Usually, staff know when a customer wants to look and not be interrupted--so they can decide if A or B would be good to get. but no, I get tagged again when crossing the room to check stuff on the other side. I start looking at something and as I'm thinking about it, again my train of thought is interrupted. This time by the storeowner saying something about how they have boxes in the back if I want one. What? Did I ask? I think I was in there 3-4 minutes before I left. Based on my observation, this form of 'help' is less to be helpful than an excuse to step up. I have no problem with staff keeping tabs, it's a store for crying out loud. People do steal. But if I'm looking to BUY something, is it helpful to keep intruding? Mind you, I'm careful in stores. Hands on phone and my glasses, and I don't get close to merchandise unless it's to read the price tag or the name on the item. They really don't know how to deal with potential customers--they actually have some interesting pieces in there but why buy there when I can do it online hassle-free? I've been here twice. To be kind and positive the place is organized and clean. Staff is friendly but the owners aren't the warm and fuzzy kind. They watch you like a hawk and follow you so you don't touch anything. The whole purpose of crystals is you need to hold, feel, and look at it in order to want to buy it. I was in the store twice and both times the energy of the store made me want to leave. They need to fill their store with more crystals to counter all of that bad energy. Buyer beware. First experience ever, tried to return a gift received for Christmas. I had the receipt and original form of payment (my husbands credit card) and was *very unkindly* advised no returns or exchanges after seven days, with no exceptions - even for holiday gifts. read more

The owner is extremely rude. He didn't trust me to hold the item I was going to bye so he demanded he take it and hold it behind the counter. Then 2 mins later he introduced himself again to me asking if I needed help even though I had already spoken to him. At this point he told me and my daughter not to touch anything. I left the store. e store has a good selection of crystals and other metaphysical accoutrements for energy work. Price points are a tad higher than usual, but do keep in mind that this is in a nice mall, which would explain the more expensive prices. Their young staff are nice and friendly and quite helpful. However, the owner is rude and arrogant. I was the only customer in the store and followed their no touching rule for covid safety. So, instead of handling the crystals physically, I had a selection on a tray and I moved my hand over the stones feeling for the energetic pull that spoke to me. After selecting the stones I wanted, the owner came up to the sales associate and berated him in front of me and instructed him not to allow customers to feel out the energy of the stones like I did. The owner then looked at me and said that if they allowed all customers to feel out the energies of the stones like I did, their shop would not be able to handle customers and would have difficulty selling. While I do understand what he meant in a way, I still felt that he was extremely rude to both myself and his employee. I was also surprised that a store that sells crystals would not allow customers to feel out the energies of the crystals in order to select appropriate stones to purchase. Different people use different ways of feeling out energies when selecting crystals. Since there was a no-touch rule in place, I did the next best thing. Anyone who works with energy and crystals will understand the need for a stone to resonate with its owner. Surely, someone who owns a metaphysical store and claims to have cleansed the stones to imbue them with good energies should know and respect that. I just feel that the owner's attitude was uncalled for. I have been buying crystals for many years and this is the first time an owner acted like an arrogant jerk to both staff and customer. This is also the first time I have ever encountered an owner unwilling to let the customer feel out the energies of the crystals. I very much wanted to drop the stones and walk out but I got them anyway coz I felt bad for the associate who assisted me. I hope he did not get into trouble because he did nothing wrong and was quite lovely. If you want crystals with good vibes and energies, stay far away from this store. The owner contaminates his wares with his nasty energy. Upon checking the store's website and FB page, it seems like they are advertising or speaking about things like Reiki, Chakra healing, etc. As a long time Reiki practitioner, the owner's attitude dismays me even more. It makes me feel like the store is capitalizing on the concepts of energy and healing yet exudes attitudes that are anything but good, kind, or peaceful. I was really excited about this shop, having just moved to the area and away from the metaphysical shop my family owns in Baltimore. After making one purchase here, I returned with the intention of picking something up for Valentine'a Day, and the experience was very inhospitable. The location has more than enough cameras, yet every employee will follow you and breathe down your neck. I understand theft issues in stores like this, but it doesn't make me more inclined to spend my money there. I heard the shop helpers scold at least three separate customers during my brief time in the store, and it was so jarring that it caused me to fully dissociate. I tried to make a comment to one of the employees about the energy being off putting for a spiritual shop and the employee yelled at me and told me I could go someplace else. I'm visibly pregnant and very hormonal, and was fully in tears after leaving the store. It's disappointing because they have a great selection and I was trying to tell my boyfriend to pick up some Sunstone jewelry for me, and was also scolded for taking a photo. I've been in dozens of metaphysical shops and they always let us take photos of the labels on the stones so we could match up the stone and the name and metaphysical properties. They could at least offer guides with photos if they won't let you take your own pictures. I don't think I've ever left a bad review of an establishment before, but hopefully they'll respond to this feedback better than they responded in person. read more

Went here many times and had a lot of respect for the owners thought they were great until today. I wasn't 100% satisfied with their product, I didn't open it or touch it. I wanted to return it they said they don't do returns only exchanges I said that was fine. The owner looks at the items I wanted to exchange and kept telling me it was my choice I bought it, I should've known what I was buying. On and on, eventually I said can I just do the exchange and I left to look for the items I wanted to leave with(already pisses he gave me a hard time about it, even tho he said exchanges were fine) literally 3 minutes later he comes up to me and tells me not to take hours in his store. I understand with covid and everything but I feel like if there's obvious tension you just don't engage with that customer. Truely upset with this experience. read more

BEWARE: owner is exceptionally rude!! I understand that the staff are just trying to keep their jobs by following his instructions but the man was so uncouth & condescending. I was willing to look past his inflated prices & patronize the business, especially during covid, but the nerve of him, interjecting in our conversation & then displaying such unprofessional!
