The Trademark team is highly organized, thorough, and experienced. We picked Botanica because besides the beauty of the venue, Trademark provided an easy one stop shop for a lot of big ticket items, with flexibility of vendors. My husband and I had our wedding here on December 3rd. The whole wedding process was very smooth, exciting and easy. Our wedding coordinator, Hannah Tortosa worked with us throughout the entire process and made our dream wedding come to life. We were able to customized our big day to our liking and the team at Trademark Venues did exceptional at making our wedding perfect. Everyone was very hands on, attentive and accommodating to our needs day of wedding. Not to mention our guest were very impressed by the whole experience at Botanica. The food was delicious, the venue was gorgeous and lit up by market lights and the tent was sparkling all night long. I can't say enough GREAT things about Botanica. Just had my wedding during labor day weekend and the whole process from beginning to end was so smooth and easy. I have to give a big shout-out to my AMAZING wedding planner Stephanie Wattigny. She literally made my day come alive and was so responsive, so quick, so easy to work with and just THE BEST THING EVER! The venue overall is a hidden oasis. It does not feel like you are in California. It feels like you are on a tropical island. It is very very spacious with so much room for your guest to explore and enjoy the beautiful surrounding. We had our ceremony by the water fall, cocktail above and reception in the tent area. Kenny and I literally had a perfect wedding and have no complaints. 10/10. Our day was PERFECT. Weddings can be stressful and then day of, there always seems to be something that goes wrong. My daughter's wedding at Botanica was such an amazing event and I still look back (only 3 weeks ago) and marvel at how incredibly beautiful it was and that there was not one thing that didn't go as planned (ok, we ran out of tequila, but that was our mistake!!!!) The venue is breathtaking, we felt like we were in a tropical oasis. The coordinator, Stephanie, made sure everything flowed smoothly. The food was exceptionally good (friends are still saying how yummy it was!). The bridal suite was so much fun (even for the mother of the bride!). I keep looking back and wishing we could do it all over again as it was just such a magical day. My daughter had the wedding of her dreams at Botanica I have recommended Botanica to friends who have daughters that are looking for venues. We attend my Nephews wedding at this Venue yesterday. The venue is a hidden gem. It is the most beautiful property. You walk through a path to a gorgeous garden setting. The venue is so big. You don't expect it when you are in the parking lot. The staff is amazing. Just so on top of things. If I could give Hannah the event planner a 100 stars I would. She had everything so well planned. We had our wedding at Botanica last month and it was absolutely breathtaking and magical. My husband and I visited a handful of venues, majority of them owned by Trademark Events and Botanica was our first choice. When we toured the venue for the first time, we both immediately knew this was the perfect venue for us. It literally feels like you're in a majestic tropical oasis. It is filled with so much greenery, you really don't need much florals or decor if you plan to have a wedding here. We had our ceremony at the waterfall, cocktail hour at the lawn, and reception under the tent. All of our guests were stunned at how beautiful the venue was and said that our wedding was one of the best they've ever been to. They also really enjoyed the food and the unlimited drinks! Our wedding day went so smoothly with the help of our coordinator Morgan and the rest of the Trademark team. Special thanks to Morgan for helping us plan our wedding from the very beginning. I sent her a lot emails throughout the wedding planning process and she was always quick to respond and professional. What is great about booking Botanica and any of the other venues owned by Trademark is that it includes a wedding coordinator, catering, BYOB (which will save you a lot!), day-of-staff, bridal assistant, bridal & groom's suite, and trendy decor (you can upgrade for additional costs). We are so happy that we went with Botanica for our wedding. My husband and I visited all of the Trademark properties and fell in love with Botanica immediately. We felt like we were at a lush tropical destination and thought this would be a great way to bring the uniqueness of a destination wedding more conveniently located for our guests. If you are thinking about a wedding here, I recommend visiting the venue in person. The pictures cannot even capture how beautiful it is. We also found the all-inclusive aspect very appealing to avoid the additional stress and complications of coordinating with multiple vendors. Our family and friends were in awe of the property and said that it felt like an oasis and a fairytale. We are so grateful for Hannah, our coordinator. She was such a pleasure to work with and was able to accommodate just about everything to bring our vision to life. Everything ran so smoothly the day-of that my husband and I were shocked at how perfect it all was. The staff were so organized, friendly, and responsive to the bridal party and guests. Botanica is truly a magical wedding venue. We had our wedding here on Sunday 7/3/22, and I don't have enough good things to say about it! Trademark Venues knows what they are doing when it comes to weddings, and every aspect of the day was taken care of so that we could relax and have a good time. Our coordinator, Morgan Costa, was a fantastic communicator from the day we signed our contract, through the wedding day, and even continues to be after the wedding! She answered my excessive amounts of emails with patience and positivity and made my husband and I feel so special as we planned our wedding. In terms of the venue itself, the grounds are kept incredibly nice, the food is tasty, and the service is awesome. My partner and I are one week post wedding day and still reminiscing on how amazing our experience was with our coordinator + planner, Morgan (included when booking the venue), and the whole day at Botanica. From the moment we stepped foot at the venue we knew it was where we wanted to get married and Trademark made it super easy from day one as we began planning. Morgan was so fantastic with our vision and all of my obsessive and Type A tendencies while we prepared for our wedding day, but words fail me when it comes to the actual day-of coordination. Morgan was instrumental down to every last detail to make the day seamless and perfect (and constantly tending to us throughout the day), and we can't thank her enough for allowing us to be actual guests at our own wedding. She had great recommendations and provided many planning resources along the way as we were putting together our team of vendors, and the best part is that we came out of the whole experience with new friendships too! Our guests couldn't stop raving about our venue and all the details and decor (many of which were already included with the venue cost). Botanica is the perfect slice of tropical paradise tucked away in Oceanside and the ultimate hidden gem. We had many folks asking us how we even found this venue in the first place, and there's not one spot that doesn't photograph like an absolute dream. Botanica is a beautiful venue and the staff was mostly helpful and friendly. However, things were lacking for the amount of money spent. First, the dining portions were served on appetizer-sized plates. The chicken was undercooked and still had bones. On a very hot and humid day, there were no misting fans, and the one fan that was there way taken away from my elderly brother who had suffered a stroke. I had ordered a cake (not included), and most of it was not cut up and served to the guests. People had been asking for cake and it was taken away shortly after the couple cut the cake. At the end of the evening, they handed me the cake topper. I asked for the rest of the cake and they gave me a surprised look. It turns out there were two full layers of cake still left and yet it wasn't served to the guests. So why didn't they serve the cake??? The coordinator did not progress the event accordingly, so many guests left early. It was also uncomfortably hot and the there were many lulls. I paid for the entire venue but we did not get use of the tent. Most guests were sitting at their tables, but the dance area was on the lower level, so it was very disjointed with separations where one group could not see the other. Not to mention that you're dealing with stairs and people are imbibing, which presents a health hazard. Would I recommend it? It's a beautiful venue but for what I paid it was not worth the expense. read more

We just hosted my daughter's wedding September 2021 at this lovely, exceptional venue. First, the entire company and staff are the hardest working people and they seem to really enjoy what they do. Every single trademark venue is outstanding but Botanica is just what we were looking for after disappointingly cancelling the bride and groom's dream Maui wedding, twice, due to Covid and travel restrictions. Pictures do not do this venue justice, please take my advice and make a date to visit the site. You will be impressed. Stephanie Wattigny was our Botanica senior event planner and an absolute dream to work with. Her attention to detail and high energy was an amazing gift for us considering we planned this wedding in 4 months. The groomsmen practiced their chipping and putting on the small green outside the Groom's suite and were relaxed and comfortable in their own private area away from guests. Bride and team prepared in a private bridal suite and adjacent gazebo that would make any bride feel special and calm. The ceremony took place under a beautiful tree with a small pond and waterfall as the backdrop. After cocktails under a lit lawn and canopy of trees, our guests took a small walk to the tent with lovely chandelier and gorgeous antique bar for an amazing farm to table family style dinner. I cannot make one recommendation for improvement as this trademark team has an amazing taste level and are just the most accommodating team of professionals I have ever encountered. I had my wedding at Botanica on July 17 2021 and absolutely recommend this venue as my wedding day turned out perfect!!! The Trademark team has tons of experience with many venues, Botanica being the newest of their venues. Even though Botanica is newer, the experience and professionalism are at the same level as all other Trademark venues. If anything, I think it's even better because everything is brand spanking new and the property could not be any more stunning! All of my guests could not stop raving about it and saying they felt like they were in Hawaii with all the tropical flora on the grounds. Botanica was absolutely breathtaking!! Was recently in a wedding there back in April and had never seen the place until then. My friend (the bride) was telling all the bridesmaids how excited she was to be getting married there and it was her favorite venue her and her fiance had visited. Once I stepped foot on the property I completely understood why! You feel closed off from the rest of the world and just on this secluded tropical getaway. The staff and catering were AMAZING, food was delicious and everyone I had the pleasure of talking to was so attentive and helpful.
