Their patio was extended all the way to the parking lot for social distancing. Staff are wearing mask. We came here lunch time. Warm and sunny. They have 3 umbrellas in the extended patio but we are lucky for a nice weather. You can ask the staff to move an umbrella if you want one. Staff are very friendly. Food is great with reasonable price. read more

Went in recently on a very sunny day, and was seated on the patio, which was lovely to sit on. The noise level was perfect. We only enjoyed apps and beverages. All servers were very approachable and made sure we had everything that we needed. read more

The food at this location was great however, the waitresses were horrible. It took us 10-15minutes just to get a menu on the bar-side. I actually had to walk around to the front to get my own menu. The waitresses at this location also have an attitude. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. read more

I have been here several times now because it is right next to the hotel I stay at. The first time I sat at the bar, but its a popular area of the hotel so it was a tad busy and loud. Service was nice but cannot remember what I had because it had been a while ago. Most recently I stopped in there yesterday and today for dinner. Both times I sat in the dining area and it was quieter and a tad more relaxing. The first night I had the NY Strip and added on the shrimp and scallops along with a caesar salad with bacon and cheese added. Over all I thought the meal was good. The steak was thinner and for the most part had good flavor. The shrimp and scallops were very tiny and looked pale.... no color to them so I doubt they were grilled at all, maybe warmed up from frozen. Flavor wise was fine but I would probably not order the add on again. The service was nice and accommodating overall. Today I went with the Salt and Pepper Rib Tips which was just my speed and would totally order that again. I also ordered the salmon meal and it was ok.... the dressing for the salad was good. The veggies and salmon definitely needed salt and pepper. My server tonight was also nice and polite. I typically get some conversation when I dine alone from my server but both times I came here that didn't happen. If you want minimal interaction with your server this may just be the place for you. read more

Great and friendly patio to go with kids on a sunny afternoon as they love the pizza and the Shirley Temples. I would have given them five stars but there is a lot of tobacco and marijuana smoking on the sidewalk right next to the patio and the smoke just streams around the kids. I will think twice before bringing my kids here again. A 9 meter rule should be enforced to try to mitigate this problem. read more

Had to wait 5 minutes to be seated, there was no line up, maybe 15-20 people in the restaurant. When I went to use the washroom to wash my hands, I read an out of order sign turned around to go back to my table, then an older gentleman employee quite Rudely told me I could not use the washroom, I asked him where I could wash my hands, he ignored my question and proceeded to tell me about his problems and why I couldn't use the washroom. I then told him he shouldn't speak to patrons in that way, he rolled his eyes and stormed into the out of order washroom. Thankfully the waitress was very kind and helpful, got me wetnaps immediately and was prompt with food and drinks. Went here for some drinks on a Sunday night. Waited a very long time to be served beverages. Told that we needed a table to order so we waited for a table to open up in the bar. Once we sat down were told they were over capacity. Spoke to he manager that we had been waiting for 25 mins now to order but he didn't care. Will not be returning to this location. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt before posting a bad review. Sadly, in this case, the review is warranted. Our party of ~20 made reservations at this particular establishment for 4pm but we showed up about 30m early and while that may have been unexpected for the staff, it is certainly not an insurmountable challenge for an experienced crew as the restaurant was only 30% full when we arrived. We were seated reasonably quick and while the conversation with my table mates was lovely, it took almost 35m to get a drink order going. When the drinks arrived in 20m the food order was taken and that arrived 40m after that... mostly accurate. Once we got silverware in 10 additional minutes the ordinary meal was greedily consumed. By this time (add up running time thus far) it was getting busy at the restaurant and getting the bill took an additional 30m. I'm not saying our offspring were angelic, and while the waiting staff were lovely when we saw them, the restaurant was clearly understaffed. I do not bear ill will to the staff... it's just that a few pizzas and some pasta dishes shouldn't take over two hours. Perhaps the management team should evaluate how they handle large groups moving forward. Good luck BP team. read more

losing faith here, I live 150 metres from the location, we visit twice a month, or used to after today. I could write a huge story of a few bad visits, but perhaps the best I should do is give some advise...PEOPLE WANT QUALITY OVER SPEED!! Please do not bring me a sub par meal in 5 minutes, I am willing to wait what ever time it takes for a quality meal!! After last night's visit I had to write this review. The first time going here back a few months ago the experience was bad. The food was not the issue. I ordered a beer on tap and when drinking it saw a fruit fly in it. The very slow reaction by the waitress saying she'll top it up was not what I expected. I asked to see the manager. All he said was yes there are flies at the bar and would get me another. All I really expected was that he would take it off my bill and get me another. I insisted it be taken off and left it at that. Bad service. Next time we went was for our youngest nephew's fund raiser. It went okay and was handled okay....but last night again we had to go for our other nephew's fund raiser and it was a disaster!!!! We waited an hour to get a seat and it was NOT due to it being busy as we saw that there was not enough staff and no one cleaning tables. Half our group was already seated for 1/2 an hour without being served and when they finally ordered waited another hour for their food. Back to us standing for an hour finally sat down and waited 1/2 for the dirty table to be cleared and cleaned. We saw at least 4 tables vacant with dirty dishes on them. We finally ordered and by the time our food arrived and we finished the place was almost empty. 6:45pm to 8:15 standing, 8:15 to 8:45 to clear and clean our dirty table and finally our food arrives at 9:15pm. The waitress was nice and friendly and no complaining about her. The fund raiser was very very disorganized and really did not even see our nephew at work serving. Again, the food was okay and this time NO FLIES in my beer. It is a very badly managed place. I will think again to go for even a fundraiser now as that was then only reason we have gone back. read more
