Good restaurants, delicious food and great service, very nice night out together with my family.

We've ordered here for takeout a couple of times and dined in once. So far the food has not disappointed us. We don't have many large restaurants in the area so it's nice that we have this one. Our most recent takeout order was a couple of days ago. We ordered a couple of pasta dishes and two medium pizza (Mediterranean and Carbonara) and 3 orders of wings. The food is bad. Nothing special but not bad. The price point is good considering that the serving is big.

Take Out 3: I had ordered a few times already at our local Boston Pizza and my wife and I decided to order in given we were in lock down mode due to COVID-19. Tonight though was formal wear. As we don't go out now, we decided to dress up as if we would go out to a night in town. We ordered from a popular restaurant using the BP app. Quite easy to use really. A choice of a pickup and having a15% discount or free delivery was asked right away. We had picked up the last two times and we decided to sit it in this time and wait for our food. Next we typed in our address and given it was not our first time, the app quickly associated the address with the nearest BP restaurant. We navigated their app which was easy to use as it was intuitive. Our order du jour: a double size of wings order and a pasta main meal. We made our own mouse chocolate dessert by following a YouTube recipe so no need to go further. Once done, the app mentioned that it would take between 30-45 minutes. We wrapped our tip full of coins into a Bounty towel, ready to be given to the driver. Within 45 minutes the driver knocked at our door and left the delivery on our door step while he stepped back a few feet. They try not ring the door which was their new protocol to avoided contamination. I opened the door and to his surprise I had worn a suit and tie. I gave it a once look over and nodded to him to hand me the over the portable terminal to make my payment which he had wiped with a spray sanitizer. He mentioned that they don't take any paper money anymore like before as again part if the protocol. I understood and tapped on the terminal and gave him his tip in a paper towel. We left the delivery bag at our doorstep as I sanitized each container. I then passed these container to my wife dressed in her dinner dress. She then put it on individual plates. We discarded the containers back into the delivery bags which I then placed in the garbage can. We both washed our hands singing happy birthday twice. Boston Pizza dinner under the candle light. Disappointed with the management team at this location and their handling of customer service issues. Boston pizza is delicious food, standard to which ever one you go, however when you have a problem with your meal order in Embrun the management team doesn't treat you like they care at all. read more

Staff is always friendly. Good food. We use delivery as well and their wait times are always reasonable.

This place is newly opened so I won't be too hard on new staff. Here is my experience. Arrive at the end of the dinner rush and was told there was about 30 to 40 minute wait for a table and the line was out the door. We really wanted to try the new place so we waited and our party of 5 was seated in approximately 20 minutes, which wasn't bad at all. Once seated our drink order was quickly taken, and considering how busy the place was and how new the staff, our refills were handled quickly enough. There was a bit of a wait for our food, however this place was extremely busy and even seasoned staff would have issue keeping on top of all the large groups. Groups of 5 was the norm, there were multiple groups of 8-10 and at least one group of 17. The staff was very friendly, albeit a little timid, but that will improve with experience so that didn't bother us as we expected it. Our on negatives about this visit are: - One persons pizza came with the wrong toppings. - The NY Steak entree came without potato because they ran out but forgot to tell us that before the plate was served. - The steak was cooked perfectly but served almost cold. Clearly a timing issue in the kitchen. - There was chicken added to the caesar when it was asked for no chicken. - There was no adjustment to the bill to account for the missing potato and inconveniences. The positives were that the staff was friendly, seating was quick considering the rush and they corrected the plates as best they could (except for price adjustments) The verdict is that we will go back in a little while to see how things have improved once the fresh staff gets some experience under their belts. read more

The absolute worst experience I've ever had at any restaurant. Called the night before to see if they were showing the fights they told me yes to get there and not be acknowledged for 30 min (this is when we should have left) and then asked the manager about it, never got a response And never put it on.Then sat at a table with no server for 15 minutes. Asked for fries with my meal, got half cooked vegetables instead. They did bring me fries like I had ordered. Soft drink was flat, meat was so-so. Waitress was great but the food wasn't. I filed a complaint with Boston Pizza (hq) and the BP store called me saying they were told I wanted to speak to the owner. Will never go there again. read more

As a first responder who's family is placed under quarantine they wouldnt deliver less then 5 minutes away because it was out of the "service area". Literally next to the 4 corners in casselman.... Offered to meet at the 4 corners yet i can't leave.. Ironically closer to them then all delivery places in Casselman. Also manager just yelled at the poor lady on the phone the whole time. BOSTON PIZZA has terrible food it tasted microwaved our drinks took twenty minutes to get to our table and our food took forty-five minutes to get to us the waitress was very rude to my family we kept asking her to get her manager but she refused to, finally we had to ask another waitress to get the manager,when he got to our table he did nothing, he took fifteen dollars off the bill,even thought the original bill was one hundred fifty dollars the only good thing was the TVs read more
