I had never tried Indian Fusion Pizza before and I was intrigued, so I took note of this place for a future take out night. Last week, I went back and ordered the Paneer Poppers and a small Butter Chicken Pizza. The Paneer Poppers had a nice crunchy outside and yummy paneer inside that was covered with some sort of spice that gave it a little kick. The online ordering system said that it would come with a mint sauce, but I found a Heinz Creamy Garlic sauce in my take out bag instead. Maybe the place ran out of the mint sauce, but it would have been cool to try. The Paneer Poppers were alright, but I don't feel like I need to order them again. The Butter Chicken Pizza is what was a pleasant fusion surprise to me. I wouldn't normally think of mixing Indian and Italian foods, but this pizza worked and was quite tasty. I liked the chopped up onion, green pepper, and tomato that was added to the pizza. The taste of the pizza was creamy, flavourful with butter chicken spices and something I would crave again in the future. This place is a welcomed addition to the Barrhaven food scene!

I think if they weren't crunchy then they would, but the crunchy texture just seemed out of place to me when I was eating it. Maybe others would like that though. I've never sat down to eat at Mad Radish, but the ambiance seemed nice enough and clean. The service has been good the times that I have picked up with my order ready to go. I hope that the Maple Farm Bowl stays on the menu and isn't a limited time only dish!
