While I was waiting for my pizza to be cooked, I. noticed my invoice which stated: medium pizza, chicken, hot pepper and tomatoes. I asked the person serving me, why hot pepper? I can't eat spicy food, and he said that was what I ordered. I told him, I will not be able to eat that and he said there was nothing he could do. he did not offer to replaced at half price, or to reimburse me. I left the pizza there and left disappointed. Too bad, that Pizza Hut is the only one in Embrun; for sure, I will never go back; on a second note, maybe it was for the better, it did not strike me as clean.

We have never ordered from this location before as we were regulars of another pizza shop a minute up the road, unfortunately that place have closed shop. I called this location and was told they don't deliver to our location because we are too far. I was shocked that one business would and another would not even though they were particular next to each other. Also if this distance was in the city and filled with residential areas there wouldn't be an issue, but because there is farm land instead they say its too far. I am very disappointed in this location and their unwillingness to deliver. We won't be trying this place again and have since found another location in another nearby town that will deliver no problem at all. After hearing some recent reviews on a Manotick Facebook group, we decided to give them another shot almost a year later. We used the online ordering system and our order was ready on time for pick up. I ordered the Lamb Souvlaki Platter ($26.95) and added in the comment section that I wanted the meat to be done medium-rare. It came with two skewers. My wife ordered the Keftedes Platter ($22.95), which she heard from others was really good. Each platter came with Greek rice, medallion potatoes, Greek salad and tzatziki sauce. The rice was a little more plain than we would have hoped, but it improved once we squeezed the provided lemon over top of it ourselves. The medallion potatoes had yummy dry seasoning sprinkled on top. Next time we will ask for more of that dry seasoning in the comments in the online ordering system because it was delicious, but not spread very evenly. The Greek salad was fresh and tasty with a good amount of feta and the dressing was packed on the side. The tzatziki sauce was thick and creamy. We also ordered a Pita Bread ($2) to go with everything. Now let's talk about the meat! Wow! We were impressed with both the Lamb Souvlaki and the Keftedes (4 mini meat patties). All the flavours and spices used were perfect, plus the cook on the meat was very memorable. We kept raving about the meat throughout the meal, savouring every bite. We would easily go back again just for how good the meat was! We're also curious now about how they would handle seafood like their Calamari Platter. The food is slightly more expensive than Cozmo's on Greenbank, but the quantity is fair and the quality is excellent for the meat.
