All of the staff are great and the office runs very smoothly as with the waltham office. I have had nothing but positive experiences.

I would not recommend CCRM based on my experience with them…read more We came to CCRM after previous unsuccessful IVF cycles because we hoped their lab and approach might make a difference. Unfortunately, we ultimately cancelled treatment because we lost confidence in the coordination of my care. Here is the short version of our experience: * Poor communication, slow responses, and repeated lack of follow-through * Records and test results repeatedly overlooked or "missing" even after being uploaded and confirmed * Nearly asked to repeat testing I had already completed * Inconsistent and inaccurate information from staff * Salve portal repeatedly crashed, failed to refresh, and made communication even harder * Almost a four-week wait for a regroup appointment, followed by finding out the treatment plan was still incomplete * Felt rushed and dismissed when asking questions and advocating for myself * Extremely expensive PGT-A pricing required before start, placing you in a category of 4-6 regardless of your needs (our history of producing only 1 or 2 blastocysts) and cost of shipping + handling to their Lonestar location in Colorado * Only discovered my written IVF protocol was NOT what I understood we had discussed because I kept asking questions and specifically requested to see it * Monitoring was poorly coordinated. I was initially told local monitoring would be possible from their Care Coordinator and spent hours trying to arrange it, only to later be told no * We then planned around CCRM's Falmouth Maine satellite location for weekday monitoring (weekends you have to go to Boston) but right BEFORE my cycle started, when I was already priming, learned the physician had scheduled time off and it would make Falmouth unavailable during important parts of my anticipated monitoring window. The team knew Maine monitoring was important to us, but we were not told this ahead of time. * After we cancelled treatment, the IVF prior authorization with my insurance was not promptly cancelled despite being told it would be handled. I ultimately had to work directly with my insurance company to resolve it so I could pursue treatment elsewhere * Money I had already paid for PGT-A was not promptly refunded after we cancelled treatment, and I ultimately had to dispute the charge through my bank * The practice manager never returned my requested call * I constantly felt like I had to manage my own care and double-check that things were actually being handled The biggest problem was trust. I constantly felt like if I did not ask the right question, check my records myself, follow up again, or catch a discrepancy, something important could be missed. We have been through three exhausting years of infertility, medicated cycles, an IUI, multiple egg retrievals, surgeries, miscarriages, endless blood draws, an MRI, multiple second opinions, acupuncture, naturopathic care, you name it. I know fertility treatment itself is stressful. This was different. This stress was created by the clinic that was supposed to be helping us through it. We were willing to travel. We were willing to spend the money. We were willing to make sacrifices and do what was medically necessary to give ourselves the best chance of having a baby. What I was not willing to do was put my body, embryos, time, money, and hope in the hands of a clinic I felt I had to constantly manage and double-check myself. A fertility clinic can have incredible technology and an excellent lab, but that means very little when you cannot trust the process surrounding it. Fertility patients already carry enough. They should not also have to carry the responsibility of making sure their clinic is doing its job. I am sharing this because I wish someone had warned me before we put this much time, money, energy, and hope into getting treatment there.

NE OBGYN is truly one of a kind. I was followed by their practice for my first pregnancy and…read moredelivery and I couldn't have asked for better care, attention to detail, warmth and guidance. I felt that every request or question I had was answered throughout my pregnancy. I chose Dr Lieberman to be my primary OB after reading her bio on the website and also per recommendation by Dr Hernandez, who was previously my primary when I miscarried with my first (she no longer does OB). Dr Lieberman is down to earth and relatable. She shared personal experiences and made me feel like she understood me. I was anxious about going past my due date due to my brothers wedding being 10 days after and Dr Lieberman came up with a safe tentative plan to ensure I delivered by my due date, if not before (when I was full term). She completely eased my mind and gave me all the research behind why induction at 39 weeks was safe. When it came time for my induction, Dr Lieberman was thorough with explaining each part of the process. Her colleague, Dr Marsh is honestly just as wonderful and was the OB that ultimately completed my delivery. Dr Marsh is just as relatable and attentive as Dr Lieberman. You cannot go wrong with either of them! If and when I have my next baby, I'll definitely be going back to them :)

Well, Dr. Hernandez…read morejust about threw a fit when she told me I had cancer. Then, she referred me to Dr. Reilly. Dr. Reilly did not take all the cancer out....but he gave me and my husband a disheartening lecture about it was all how we viewed it: "Glass half empty or glass half full." "Chemo will mop up the rest." So we went to Dr. Annekathryn Goodman at Mass. General. She took the rest of the ovarian cancer out. She is a meticulous surgeon and wonderful doctor. Think about it, I could have gone to Dr. Goodman and have done with it with one, that's ONE, abdominal surgery and chemo.

It's hard for me to believe but I have been going to this practice for the past 20 years. Dr…read more Monsein has been my Dr. the entire time. Not only is she professional and dedicated but I have been made to feel as though I am in excellent hands not matter what the situation has been from annual exams to in-house surgeries to delivering my first child. I cannot go on enough about the entire team at New England OBGyn and Dr. Monsein herself. Even though Dr. Monsein did not end up even delivering my child which initially made me nervous as I was so comfortable with her the two doctors from the practice who were on duty were outrageously phenomenal! Do I have to wait a while for my appointments, yes both in and out of the exam room. Does it bother me, no as there have been times when they have spent longer then originally anticipated with me at some appointments. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else!
