Here today! This…read moreUPSP Store is close to my hotel and close to Boston Logan Airport, I frequent here to return my Amazon packages. It's in a horrible location but the staff is nice. The location is horrible because it's always congested, you'd better be handling some quick, in-out business because parking is only 15 minutes per signage. Both times I've come, I've seen a wrecker truck hidden in plane site watching and timing. It's also difficult to get out because of the ridiculous traffic uuug, the way I've learned to handle the traffic here in Massachusetts is do unto others as I would have them do unto me AND simply be patient. What I mean by that statement is, when other motorists signal to get over/out etc render kindness to them. Be patient when needing to turn left or get over and others will do the same for you. I'll play a game with it, I'll say out loud "Who wants a blessing by allowing me to get over" sure as my name is Nikiba, someone will in fact hear me in their head and be so kind ask to let me pass, out etc. Here today! UPS is infinite in its ability to make up ridiculous rules and charges. And, it seems from what I have observed, they exploit their front-line counter staff. You cannot buy one of their boxes and package up your item in their store. You must give it to them so they can package it and change you $20. You cannot bring your box already packaged no matter how securely or nicely; they'll find a way to claim they must repackage it and charge you more. It's not really the $$ that bothers me; it is the principle of the thing. Every time I have to use UPS I leave feeling swindled.

First time at this place, got here a little after noon on Saturday, the line wasn't too long just 2 people in front. While in line, I barely got finished taking some photos of the inside of the store and it was my turn already. Good thing I had my package box already packed and taped up and my shipping label print out. The lady at the counter was very helpful- she put the label in a plastic sleeve and taped it on the box. And that was that!! In and out of the store in minutes!! So fast! Awesome! Very efficient service! I like these they have a display of all their boxes all nested in and showing the sizes so you can clearly see how big each box is, which can be hard sometimes when they're folded flat. Since this was a work related package, the cost was already pre-paid so all very easy and taken care of. Great experience!
